The resuant is great. But Management should do something who park in curbside pick up parking to eat inside. Disabled Vet and usuually have to wait 15 to 20 Minutes to get food, as I have to wait for a spot. I cannot walk so these make it easier on me.

I've been having problems with the childish and appalling behavior of some of the employees and managers at the Elkton, Va.McDonald's. At various times I've caught Sarah, one of the managers, her husband, who does outdoor yard work there, and Ally, another one of the managers talking about me. The employees aren't supposed to be gossiping about the customers, and the managers are setting an even worse example when they do it! When I confronted Ally about her and Sarah's husband talking about me she played dumb and innocent and denied everything as I figured she would, and when I told her I was going to complain she got mad and snatched my cash money out of my hand and slammed my change on the counter. Ever since then she's refused to take my order at the register. Another guy named James was supposed to check my pies that I had ordered and kept forgetting to bring them out to me like he said he would, I had to keep going up front to remind him, when I finally got the pies they were so hot my mouth and lips got scalded. A week later I got on him about it. Evidently he didn't like it, I recently ordered a meal to eat in, he was bringing the food trays to the other customers eating in, but when my order was ready he called out my number and placed my tray on the front counter instead of bringing it out to me. I finally got fed up with rude behavior and spoke to one of the other managers, whose name is Brittany. She said she would bring it to the attention of the General Manager, who is her aunt, according to what she told me. I told Brittany I wanted to speak her myself, so she asked for my name and phone number. Waited a couple of weeks and never heard anything. Then I called and asked to speak to Brittany. She got kind of snotty with me and made various excuses for the staff as well as excuses for not even addressing my complaints. It looks like I'm going to have to higher up the chain until something is finally done about all this. Have any of you had any similar problems with the staff there?
This McDonald's, located in Elkton, Virginia, always has the freshest fast food of any other McDonald's that I've ever been to.
The chicken nuggets are always perfect and never dried out. The fries are always hot and fresh. The double cheeseburgers are prepared as you order them.
I've been to this location several times for breakfast in the egg McMuffin is always really good as well.
For breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and as far as the McDonald's franchise is concerned, this location should be a beacon of example to the rest of them.
