Here in At McDonald’s in Elkton getting mobile app to a curbside is the best situation under a minute and the restaurant is busy tonight. Yes I time it every time and I have yet to receive delivery over 3 mins here. Great job to the crew I’m McLovin it!!

This crew and manager handled a difficult night with grace and a great attitude. KUDDOs! I stopped tonight at the Elkton McDonald's for a quick meal on the go. First, drive thru was two lanes and out into the street - I went inside. Next, I realized it was Grinch meal and $1.99 Disney Happy Meal night when the lobby was packed. Third, the kiosk that I placed my order at did not print a receipt nor show me my order number. This is when I found out that the computers all reset and they had no record of the orders that had been placed......for the past hour! OMG! This manager and crew were awesome! I started to hear of people that had been there for an hour with no food. Drive thru orders were no longer being taken. Which explains the lines out there. I luckily got my food with a smile and apology within 25 minutes. THANK YOU ELKTON MCDONALDS! We appreciate you!

I have ordered and have been in parking spot (3) for total of 51 mins. Along with the other ppl waiting as well. Drive thru isn't moving etc. My daughter ordered on the app. This is beyond crazy. Deff my last visit here !!!!

I get my breakfast here every morning on the weekends I work. It's always correct and made to perfection!
Wouldn't let me have my food after I had gotten there to get after I had paid for it and everything I had gotten there after 10 and they refused to give me my food because it was past breakfast but yet they let me place my order and pay for it and everything

Day shift isn't to bad. But evening shift is awful. Fries always cold and chewy. The chicken nuggets aren't done and they don't put the right toppings on the Burgers. Just ketchup and pickle. No mustard. Or onion. Staff is rude when asking for extra sauce . . I've had workers roll there eyes. Worse mcdonalds I've ever been to.

This is the most consistently managed McDonald's I've ever experienced, and I am forty plus years old. Coke is always good, and if you know fast food and restaurants, they are infamous for having low syrup and not changing them and the drinks reflecting that in taste. I eat breakfast there often because I live in rural Virginia, and there are not many options and I work long hours and don't always have time to cook breakfast and their breakfast is always hot and fresh and their staff is always friendly and nice and helpful. I am not one to give compliments or excessively good reviews for no reason. These five stars are definitely deserved. Whoever manages this McDonald's should be proud of themselves as well as their hourly employees because I've worked in the service industry for over 25 years and I've seen every horror story imaginable And this mcdonald's is a fine sample of what a franchised chain restaurant should look like. Way to go, Elkton, VA, McDonald's! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
