Two days ago I picked up 2 1-topping pizzas for the kids and brought it home and no one would eat it. I have loved Pizza Hut, and this didn’t even taste like their pizza. Cheap ingredients, sauce didn’t taste like their sauce, and so little toppings. Crust was flat and flavorless.

The WORST Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to! “General Manager” had an attitude and every excuse under the sun for the poor service and lack of accountability for said “service”. Corporate needs to shut this place down and start over. I will never return to this place ever again! The 3 new workers were trying their best with NO leadership to lean on. Over charging us then having to have everything re-rang up for the correct amount. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SO CALLED “PLACE OF BUSINESS” SEVERAL other customers were either leaving without getting their food or just leaving because of the poor customer service!
I’d be ashamed to be associated with this particular store! YOU NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!!!

Past experiences with past managers at this location have not always been the greatest, but in the last little while management (Chemae) has changed and has been so much better. Tanya who’s been there for a bit has been great and has always been working very hard and going above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy as well as trying to please her bosses and working over her expectations. Would recommend this store!

This place is a joke. Can't even call the store without being sent to i guess overseas call center since he didn't speak English and just sat there breathing in the phone. What a damn joke this is.
