Horrid experience! I got a gift card in April for my friends birthday and she went there for dinner on her special day. They would not honor the gift card because their system was down and made no effort to do it manually. I called a few days later asking for a refund...after 6 phone calls and an email to the General manager I got no response! ZERO. I don't like leaving a bad review but at this point that's all that is left. So disappointed with them. If the GM should read this, which is doubtful, you have my contact info. Do the right thing!

horrendous service.... rude waitress... save your time and money and eat elsewhere

Went quite some time ago and had a bad experience. Two of us went back tonight for dinner. Not too crowded. Seated in the back room with just a few others. Waited for a good 5 min maybe and another table of 4 was seated beside us. Waited some more. The waitress came in and went to the table of 4. Took the drink and food order and walked away. We were never acknowledged! We had more than enough time to pick our food before the others were even seated and they had no idea what they wanted. Acknowledgement would have gone a long way, even if you took others ahead of us!! Walked out after about a 15-20 min wait. We will most likely never try again.

Local review here! We had brunch today at Martha’s for the first time, but we have eaten dinner here several times before! We had Miss Joni as our waitress, and she was fantastic!!!! Attentive, and accommodating😊 we had our two young boys with us (aged 3&2), and she immediately grabbed coloring books and crayons! We ordered and were able to split a pancake and sausage patty between our boys, and it was PLENTY! I hot the country fried steak which was amazing, and my husband got the biscuits and gravy. The food was hot, fresh, and quick to come to our table! The service was and is always top notch, and the atmosphere is cozy and historic😊 highly recommend you stop in and eat at Martha’s, you will not be disappointed!😍

Ribs were tough, carrots and green beans tasted like they were cooked earlier in the week. Salmon dry, potato salad tasted like a box. Will never go back again!

My favorite burrito anywhere!!! Love this cute little place and love that you can sit out at the tables. The only suggestion I have is for some umbrellas at the outdoor tables on hot summer days. Keep up the great cooking!!

Martha’s Kitchen is a great place to grab southern comfort food or a delicious salad. The fried chicken is amazing and the American Harvest Salad is hearty and delicious!
