Couldn’t get waitresses attention to order because they were busy were busy talking to each other. Ordered on kiosk. Not clear where to sit to be waited on or drink alcohol. Busy I understand that but could have said something. When asked if they received our order - just said it would be an hour. Had already paid and tipped on the kiosk so were stuck. Food was good though.
Used to be my favorite place - won’t be back.
They say they are open until 8pm but arriving at 7:40 they announce “we are closed … but Hank’s is open!” They are not interested in customers so guess they are doing very well!! They won’t get my business ever again. I’m not a visitor - we have a home here and will not recommend them to our friends and visitors!
When a restaurant advertises that they are open until 8:00 pm, that means they will take customers who walk in before 8:00 pm.
This was the second time that we arrived way before, to be specific, at 7:38 pm today and they said they are closed.
Will never go back again.
