Our party of five was craving sustenance after hiking that morning and Google Maps revealed this tiny little spot to be one of the closest options.
Couldn't be more glad we stopped! The space is teensy, but as the only patrons we managed comfortably around the one back table within the restaurant.
Our server was also the cook, a truly remarkable one-woman show who had our food to us relatively quickly considering she was the only employee, but not so fast as to suggest re-heated or pre-packaged meals (it felt like the majority of our food was being made to order). She was otherwise friendly but left us to our own devices when pertinent (a real pro!).
Every single thing we ordered was fabulous: tofu lettuce wraps, tofu rice entree, a tofu bahn mi and then (one of the specials) birria ramen. Reasonably priced, the food was outstanding- fresh and crunchy, rich and warming, a varied array of textures and flavors.
If we ever return to Massanutten I will make it my mission to return here. So good!

Her personality and friendliness will make her home countrymen proud. Did I mention that her cooking is fantastic?! Don't hesitate to stop in for a delicious meal when you're in town.

The menu had a ton of vegan options (not marked as vegan but easy to mostly figure out). Called and they easily communicated what was vegan or not. Our favorite was the Udon Noodles with tofu (sooo good) but we also liked the Vermicelli bowl with tofu (so fresh!), edamame and lettuce wraps with tofu. They have Scallion / Vegetable pancakes that just don’t show on the online menu (super disappointing bc we would have ordered). But definitely worth a visit!

Loved this place! My girlfriend and I wanted some takeout while on vacation in Massanutten and were looking for somewhere with both meat and vegan options. This was perfect— both our meals were so good we came right back the next day and grabbed dinner to-go before we headed out of town! Would 100% be a weekly (at least) regular if we lived here.
Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes can be ordered with tofu and the chef can make them vegan
We got the tofu and beef banh mi, so deliciously seasoned with fresh crisp toppings! Pot stickers were amazing as well! There are vegan options for lots of dishes- vermicelli bowl with tofu was very good and a great portion size. The owner who helped us was so warm and friendly and the location is adjacent to covered patio seating with other restaurants, really cute atmosphere. Got it once during our visit and had to stop again on our way out leaving for home!
Vegetarian options: Owner was very comfortable discussing and accommodating vegan options.

Food was absolutely delicious! Being gluten free makes it really difficult to eat out, but they offer lots of gluten free options, including hibachi made with tamari instead of soy sauce! 10/10 would recommend!!! Don't sleep on this small business-- it's amazing!
