The worst managed Dunkin I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. After a 20 minute wait no one in front of me the guy takes my order. Makes me the wrong drink and over charges me. I request a refund another 20 minutes I ask the lady for a manager she is the manager. Finally gives me a refund recharges me for the right drink. No apologies no would you like me to at the very least reheat your sandwich nothing. Customer service is so important and lacking at this Dunkin.

LAZY LAZY manager. She just stood there looking at papers while the other girl was doing everything. Didn't even bother to help. She had customers at the drive thru and front counter. It must really suck to work under her. Employee needs a raise manager needs shown the door!

Coffee was more watery than other dunkins I have visited and the donuts were really stale. The prices here were on the higher end also, compared to other dunkins (not sure around this area, as we live out of state) with a medium iced coffee costing $4.19, I usually pay around $3.70. I would skip this Dunkin for these prices and just get Starbucks where the product quality is more consistent, if a bit more pricey.

The worst dunkin in the area. Every time I go,I order through the app. My order is always messed up. The wait time is the worse. This review is way over due. I've gone multiple times hoping that this time is better and it never is. I never have a good experience here. If you can wait and go up the road to the Petersburg one on wagner, do that. That's the best one I've been to.

GOT SCAMMED!!! I ordered a 4 dollar specialty donut and they tried substituting it for a 1.20 cent donut and took 45 extra minutes to make a hot coffee that was watered down. Never stopping here again.

The tropical guava lemonade refresher is delicious. Their breakfast croissants are excellent. Try the Vanilla Pecan Latte.

Delicious offee and the munckins were great. There was only 1 employee, but he did a good job balancing, taking everyone's orders, and making all the orders.
