I just ordered white queso to go for my leftovers from Ayalas in Clarksville (which was great). The "queso" was watered down. I took it back in to ask about it. The gentleman explained the consistency and even showed me another one. He ensured me it would harden. It has not. 🙄 I told him I have never seen it like that.
