Are you kidding us with this hot mess? No toilet paper, soap, or paper towels in women’s restroom, turned corner in to lobby to at least use hand sanitizer, it was empty. The food may have looked more appealing had a blind person prepared it, absolutely zero care taken to get items made correctly and we were missing food items on top of what was already a disastrously prepared order. Not a single table in the dining room had been cleaned, top of a booth’s seat, laying on a table. The drink area looked like a tornado ripped through it, the trash cans were spilling over and needed emptying. The KFC and Taco Bell condiments were mixed together, you had to search through to find what you wanted in the pile. Every time I think, KFC, let’s see what’s going on, it’s a terrible experience.

I ordered 3 5 piece tenders meals with potato wedges When I opened the boxes the chicken was tough and uneditable with barbecue sauce on everything in the box covered in bbq sauce. The potato wedges were obviously old and I couldn’t bite them I tried several times to call with no answer

I ordered 3 straps with masked potatoes and bisquit. Not one of us could eat it. The chicken was old and hard as a brick. Could not chew it. My son got 2 chicken sandwiches. Same thing hard as a rock chicken. Obvious it was old. Has sat for along time. DO NOT EAT HERE. HORRIBLE

Worst run KFC I have ever been to. All 4 of my meals were wrong. When I tried to get them fixed, the workers started arguing about whose fault it was. No ice and no napkins in the dining room.
