Ate here on Thursday. Ordered cheeseburgers with mustard and ketchup and medium fries. Burgers had nothing on them and fries were half filled and Luke warm. Not thier finest day.

Really bad place. Considering they weren't that busy they ignored me while I was waiting for someone to take my order.Even after I asked the worker if she or anyone else could take my order she looked me in the eyes and ignored me.Then I sought to take my order at a kiosk and they wouldn't bring us our food even though we had our order for dine-in. The 2 ladies at the counter were very rude and racist. One of the ladies displayed disrespectful behavior and an attitude.The restrooms were dirty and looked like they were never cleaned. Would NEVER come again.

Stopped in during my drive from NY to FL. It's a prime location with alot of fast food choices. The manager was walking around and checking on customers and creating friendly discussions. Not normal for your typical McDonald's. He came by and asked for my order number to check in on it. A few minutes later he brought it over for me. The nuggets were piping hot and crispy and so we're my fries.This location also has a small playground for kids which is cool. I'd come back.
I am super impressed with the food, 1st quality, good prices, and excellent location in front of American Village in Japan.

It was super busy today, so it was slow to get your order, which I was fine with, but to order a Big Mac and get one patty is not cool at all. I was like, "This tastes funny. " ?...?. I guess I ordered the Mini Mac. I don't recommend it. This location has a large eating area for the kids zone, which was nice. If you are going to park, I would recommend the lot to the right. It only gets a one star because as soon as we entered the McDonald's and got to the counter to order we weren't greeted with a hello or anything we were just greeted with use the kiosk machine we went to the counter because we can't ring up our food on it because it doesn't have the option to add the things we want on the sandwich it's the worst service I have ever had a McDonald's and it's sad because I used to work at one back home if you are touristing I advise you to go somewhere else to eat. And they weren't Even that busy.

Pit stop on long drive. Great and easy pick. The sandwiches were hot and delicious! The staff did a great job and were kind!
My family and I were traveling from Virginia to North Carolina and stopped by this place Probably a big mistake as this is the worst place I have been to ! unfortunately, the staff was very rude, the food was not done and made me sick, the chicken nuggets were not done and some was raw! Disgusting! Never stopping there any more!
