Every time I order pizza from there I'm missing toppings or I get it raw

Management was inconsiderate disrespectful and uncooperative when I was trying to explain the mix up on my order. Would not even attempt to fix the problem. Domino's maybe the best establishment atleast they attempt to correct deficiencies. My next stop is there. Totally dissatisfied with pizza-hut. All zeros today

The cinnabon minis were burnt and didn't have any frosting. They weren't slightly burnt. They are visibly charred and hard. I have never been so disappointed by an establishment's representation in my life!

How can Pizza Hut be out of EVERYTHING each time I make an order? The last 4 times I've tried to order they have been out of stock of most crusts and just about every topping. The one time I was able to submit an order (they actually had crust available to order!) they cancelled my order without calling/letting me know. How is this Pizza Hut still open?

I’m a trucker passing through. It was about 10:40 pm and most places seemed to be closed. Online it says Pizza Hut is open until midnight so I placed an order for delivery. I was across the interstate so I figured better than pickup as I would be walking. Following along in the app it said delivery eta was 11:19 pm. 11:30 rolls around and no food or even a call to try and find me. So I call the store to see what’s going on. The automated system said my order was cancelled although the app still showed scheduled for delivery. I then decided since nobody would pick up that I would walk to the store to speak with someone. Hopefully to at least get my money back. They charged me twice btw. Got to the store about 11:50 pm. Lights out and everything is shut down. Hours on the door say they closed at 11:00. I don’t receive my food. I was charged twice. And I didn’t receive any communication about my order being cancelled. This place needs an upgrade on management.

The employee told me about the My Hut Box deal and I'm sure glad she did! I never imagined that french fries from Pizza Hut could be so good, but they were some of the best fries ever! Kind staff and great food!

Shout out to the crew working on 8/14/24 around 5pm it was hot as hell in there and they were all hustling to provide good and fast service. P.S management needs to get them an ac that works better to keep them cool.

Not coming back here again cook has no gloves on while preparing food using hands rubbing meat and cheese over the pizzas touching clothes etc all while preparing, food wasn't cook properly Pizza dough was robbery.

This place is a joke ! Went to pick up my carry out order that I placed online . Waited 10 minutes in the line and once I drove up to the window, they told me my order was canceled because they were out of personal pan pizzas and had no substitutions. No courtesy call or listed online as sold out . Didn’t precisely say when the money would be refunded . Ridiculous ! At least someone could’ve given me a call to let me know it was sold out and that my order was canceled. So i didn't have to waste my time waiting .
