This was a few months ago. I just couldn't get the experience out of my mind. This place of business, handling food for people to eat has a problem. Not only was the product not appealing, but you got nothing for what you paid for. A taco with no meat, broken shell. Maybe a half of table spoon of meat. It was not a clean place. The workers was unconcerned, phones in their hands. This all falls on management. Need to be improved. This was my first and last time spending my hard earned money at this place. You have to remember that if no customer come in and spend money you will NOT GET A PAY CHECK. You got one star because that is the lowest.

This place has KFC and Taco Bell in the same place. Our order was simple burritos and quesadilla but it took us more than 20 min to get the food. It was not crowded, mostly it was the KFC order getting out faster.
Not really a regular here make my own mostly but it's ok for the most part.

What a horrible experience. I should have known better to not order here. First off, this Taco Bell location does not show up on the Taco Bell app. I thought that was super weird but it also has a KFC inside so I thought maybe that is why. Fine. I go in to order. I'm standing at the counter for a couple of minutes until an employee walks in and asked if I was ready to order, from the doorway. At first, I didn't realize she was speaking to me because I was not even facing her. I place my order, which was a cravings box with a chicken chalupa, beefy burrito, soft taco, nacho fries, and a drink. I love Baja Blast but I drink diet because of diabetes. I made another mistake of assuming they had diet before ordering and sadly, they did not. I also added on a chicken quesadilla and another soft taco supreme. I was asked if I wanted any sauces, to which I requested Fire sauce. While I was waiting, I washed my hands and filled my cup with Diet Coke. I did not wait too long for the food but the girl kept asking if my number was the order she was holding. I mean she was not in the wrong but really? You just took my order 5 minutes ago and only 1 person placed an order after me. I forgot to order sour cream and offered to pay for it, to which I was told "we don't have sour cream". My jaw dropped. The other customer turned to me and had a mirrored reaction because she had just asked for sour cream. We looked at each other and said wtf?? I asked for fire sauce again and ran out. So if that was not bad enough, we start eating in the car and became more disappointed. This was the worst chicken quesadilla I ever had in my life. There were maybe 2 tiny pieces of chicken, no chipotle sauce, a couple of shreds of cheese. The dog was very happy but I was hungry. The soft taco supremes only had lettuce and beef. The chicken chalupa again had half the amount of chicken. You don't have many good options on road trips but I do like to stop at Taco Bell rather than other places because even though it's not super healthy, I feel like it is healthier. Beware if stopping here for cravings of Taco Bell!!!

While there was a really nice guy sweeping the floor, the soda machine had stuff thrown all around, and there was dried up, sticky soda all over the place. Food was good though, and the servers were friendly.

This Taco Bell isn't the best. I've had much better, but I've also had worse. This one is still much lower on the list. I ordered a number 9 - Mexican pizza and two Supreme crunchy tacos. I did not like the taste of the beans, it had something mixed into it. The team service is good. And the atmosphere wasn't quite right for me but it worked out. Overall, a 3 stars. I wouldn't come back for the Taco Bell itself.The Mountain Dew sweet mountain was the best part of everything else.

The wait time is ridiculously! 25-minute wait. I noticed that all the restaurants in that area have poor customer service and long wait time.
