Just left this place. Lunch buffet hours are from 11am to 3:30p. We arrived at 2:15ish. Left around 3p. Our bill was 32.00 for two adult buffets and two waters. They are charging dinner buffet prices at lunch time hours. Lunch buffet for an adult is 9.99, dinner is 14.95 per the sign posted at the cashier counter. 9.99x2 plus tax doesn't add up to 32.00.....I pointed it out to my husband while we were paying. The cashier lady heard everything I was saying and refused to acknowledge that she wasn't charging the advertised prices. Crooks.Check your prices here!! Because they are overcharging on purpose. And hoping you won't notice. Also, their women's bathroom is disgusting. Couldn't even use it. The smell too much. Toilet paper all over the stall floors, both toilets full of .... stuff. If the bathroom open to the public view and use looks like that, what does the kitchen look like? Yikes.

Great value! Honestly why go ANYWHERE else in the area! If you're craving it they've got it fresh & delicious... veggies, chicken, pork, seafood... soups... noodles 5 ways... Desserts a dozen types... ice cream... a big glass of water... attentive but not overbearing service. ALL FOR $10 ?!?!?

The waitress was really nice and attentive, but the actual buffet itself was not very good. I don’t know if me and my friends went at a bad time, but the buffet was half empty and the food that was there was hard and looked like it had sat there for a while. The Lo-Mein was awful, it tasted like noodles drenched in soy sauce. It was 40.00 for me and my friend to eat and I’m telling you it was not worth that. Probably will not return.

We have never ate at this restaurant but when we ate there today is was absolutely disgusting. I have never ate lo mein that had no taste at all and the crab Rangoon was bland and didn’t taste right. We walked in at 3:20 and they charged us 15$ for dinner price bc they put out seafood and my fiancée ate a piece of the shrimp and said it was like a rubber texture and tasted awful we will never come back to this restaurant again nothing was good but the sprite. So sad

Will this play does not do take carry out orders.. found out the hard ways ws just hung up on when I asked. Then go and get a take out buffet and was Being charged 30 plus dollars. ( I take out plate) This place is very disrespectful and price gouging. Save ur money and eat somewhere. Where the customer comes first not the restaurant first. The is place got to comfortable

Food Buffet is really good. From the taste to the variety, you feel like you get what you pay for. The buffet is always well maintained, stirred frequently and has a nice variety of food. The buffet is stocked always just in time so not a lot of food just sitting under the heat. The atmosphere is nothing really special. The decor is a bit out dated and the furniture is definitely weathered from years of service. However, the restaurant is clean, dust free and orderly. Nothing to really talk about. Definitely pay attention to detail cleaning which makes me feel a bit better. Nothing worse than sitting down at a restaurant to notice layers of overlooked dust or food or whatever and you can tell it has been months since anyone even considered cleaning. Never a good sign for me. But King Buffet does pay attention to the details.Customer service is good. It is simple customer service though, some could perceive the customer service as missing. However, the customer service is just to the point. They focus on the buffet and clearing plates and doing refills without all the unnecessary small talk or interuptting customers at their table. I find it a bit refreshing. Keep it simple and keep it coming...lolThe food is the reason they are there and the reason for the customer to be there so not any small talk or upsales. Just a pleasent smile as you are led to your table, then silverware placed on table, then ask what you would like to drink and then quickly move on. They are great at keeping the dirty plates off the table and noticing refill needs. I have never had to flag down a waitress to ask for a refill. With a smile, they quietly replace your drink. No one is hovering over you as a customer or constantly asking if I need anything or asking if every thing is good.Take out is really pricey. I am reluctant to do a take out order again in the future because it was just to much to pay. We paid $65.00 on our last take out order for sweet & sour chicken, Beef lo mein, chicken fried rice and 2 egg rolls. For me, the portions were not acceptable for the price. However, going in to sit and eat the buffet is always on the table for our family because it is a well stocked and maintained buffet. And of course the Buffett All You Can Eat price is just right.

The food was barely edible at best. The areas of the restaurant that's visible to the public was not clean at all so I can only imagine how dirty the areas of the restaurant I couldn't see is. The cups had a film on them that would rub off with a napkin. The only thing good was the ice cream which was store bought. This was the first and last time and I will never return to the King buffet.

Food was fair, staff was very rude. Losing customers everyday. Many people comparing and walking out.

The food is pretty good, but the staff has to be the most unfriendliest people ever. If they are the least bit busy the bar will be practically empty for a long time as they don't seem to have the capability to stock it within a reasonable time. But even worse than that is the attitude of especially the one waitress who acts like it kills her to bring you a refill, if she smiled I believe I might have a heart attack myself. Today finally did it with me, it is worth driving much farther to patronize a business that actually appreciates the customers who try to support it.

Eh it's a Chinese buffet. I didn't get sick afterwards. The food was edible and had all the normal dishes you would expect, but nothing more. I will just go to Hunan house in Christiansburg next time.
