The pizza is pretty basic. There isn't but so much a person can do with pizza but I'm practically addicted to the new puffs. The service is really good even with them being super busy everytime I go in but they are still always really nice with good customer service mainly the bigger African American guy. The shorter femal manager is really cool too.

Unfortunately, this location is employed mostly by young people. Therefore, no respect, no acknowledgment, no service. It's sad. You walk in, and someone may come over 5 minutes later and always with an attitude. I have even heard them playing rock, paper, and scissors because neither wanted to help the customer!! I know 5 minutes doesn't seem like long, but that's unacceptable when there are 5 employees in the store. The regional manager should be fired. Looking back at reviews, this place has never had a good "time." It's bad at 6 years ago, 4 years, 2 years, 8 months, 4 months.... complete disgrace. ?♀️ Hot & Ready is supposed to be fast, not an hour later and sometimes the same, even with a call ahead!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. My Grandpa ordered a pineapple pizza yesterday, but the pizza they recieved had mushrooms on it instead. His wife called the store and they told her to keep the pizza and that next time she came through they would issue a remake. My grandpa went to the store to try to get the remake since they couldn't get them back on the phone after trying 3 to 4 times and they said they needed to know who the manager was he talked to that authorized the remake. He gave a name, but the name was not a manager, so they said they couldnt honor it which made my grandpa understandably upset because he had just wasted time calling them and driving out there. Then he was cussed out and told never to come back and it was supposedly claimed to the police that he put his umbrella on their counter in a threatening manner.Having worked at domino's, none of this would have played out there as a manager is not needed for a remake, and if it was for a remake after the pizza was already taken home they would have mailed them a gift certificate not told whenever they came back througg again. The employee should have left a note with the manager or the manager should have left a note in the office for who is owed a remake. We have eaten here for years. My grandparents loved telling stories on how to perfect the pizzas after getting them home. This is disgraceful and an incredible abuse of the elderly. Someone needs to make us whole for this, particularly for the defamation of character of a non-violent man if they did make such a claim to the police.

This is the BEST Little Ceasers location I’ve been to between Texas, North Carolina, and Virginia!!! Always hot and fresh, staff is so kind, no complaints!!!

I tried calling twice to place an order, at 3pm, on a Saturday. No one answered either time. I then tried using the website to place the order, and it refreshed and rejected my payment method twice (a legitimate, usable payment method that shouldn't have been rejected). I don't want to download an app. I have enough apps.So I bought market fresh pizzas at Walmart instead.It shouldn't be this hard for me to give you my business. And I'm not motivated enough to keep trying.P.S. When it's easier for me to leave you a bad review on Google than it is for me to order a pizza, you're doing something wrong. Just sayin'. ?

Apparently a 5 Meat Feast with extra cheese is almost $20 and not the advertised price of $12. I understand charging a little extra for cheese. But that's ridiculous. And the only explanation I received was, "well, prices increase." Yea, not almost $8 in a month, from the last time I purchased this exact pizza from this exact location. This will be the last time I visit this location. And corporate will be made aware of this. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not to mention, the quality of the pizza was garbage. As you can also see, the person incorrectly rang this order up as well.
