Eli was working the drive through. Eli was super cheerful, nice, helpful, and was just amazing. We got our drinks and food immediately after paying! The drive through moved quickly. Eli never wavered in being polite and kind.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks ever. Every-time I place a mobile order, by the time I get it it’s either watered down or cold (if I order a hot coffee) because of the wait time. There were 4 cars in-front of me one time I visited this Starbucks and I waited a total of 30 minutes for my drink.

20241214 Stop here on my way home.. the barista at the register was very nice and polite. The Chai Latte with Soy was good and so was the kale and portobello mushroom egg bites were satisfying for a morning snack. I got my girls a bottle of water, and she made it look so delicious. The bottle looks extra clean in her water bowl.

Elijah is very rude in drive thru with taking our order like we where inconvenient and saying to another co worker I want u to suffer and acted like she hates her job I work a job being in window but without me she doesn’t get a paycheck I’d get tips flowers for my customer service negative customer service and my coffee was nasty

So I went the other day and a worker named Grace helped me with making my order! When I say she was very enthusiastic and as sweet and helpful as could be! She was amazing.I had actually had a really hard/bad day and just everything about her boosted me! I just hope she knows she helped turn someone’s day around! As a former manager I don’t and never expect this to be my employees behaviors 100% of the time that is honestly unrealistic. However my hope was they have that kind of behavior on at least 2 of their shifts a week.A BIG thank you to Grace from Fairlawn VA Starbucks!!!!

I’ve held off on writing this bad review but I’m tired of wasting my money so here we are. There are a few employees who serve the whitest and lightest coffees I’ve ever seen. I don’t have this issue at any other Starbucks but I do have it here at least 2-3 times per week if I stop that much. Weekends are never issue but during the week is. Even better, when I ask them to remake it bc it’s so light I get met with attitude or eye rolls.
For 6$ a drink I apologize for not wanting to drink milk with sauce. Let’s do better please? Thanks!
Waited 18 minutes for a drip coffee, and the barista took more time to give me a refund than to turn around and pour one cup of drip coffee. Terrible service, and I left without a simple drip coffee.

Great customer service, very friendly and polite. Purchased several chai teas and coffee along with bacon and egg and lemon cake. Food was ok, coffee was ok, chai teas were cold which is unacceptable in a drive through. No microwave in the car.
