We've been coming to this location since it opened and loved it until about 2 months ago. The wait times are suddenly very long (sometimes up to 20 minutes) and the customer service and drink quality has drastically gone down hill. We find ourselves avoiding this location at all cost.

Starbucks has great drinks with some modifications; if you like your coffee strong, you have to add those extra shots! Otherwise, it's a pretty good selection of drinks and food items. I honestly wish there was a larger selection of baked goods, but that's not what they're known for. The baristas at this location are phenomenal! I love their personalities and having a quick chat when they're not super busy (and they get my order right 98% of the time - sorry for the mods). All-in-all, it's a great place to get your pick-me-up of choice, socialize with your friends, or get some work done.

It was a real pleasure stopping here for coffee. I run a vending route throughout small town/rural Appalachia and I don’t really get much genuine conversation in the big city environment where I’m from (Knoxville, TN.)
I want to acknowledge the three employees who provided outstanding service for me: Naomi, Kirstin, and Morgan. To get up so incredibly early and be at work with such a strong character, is very notable. And noble. Especially Naomi, as she’s the mom of two very young children - that’s very, very impressive to me.
To upper Starbucks management, please acknowledge the excellence that these good people provide to your team, in person. That would mean a whole lot to me and it’s really the only reason I patronize your businesses along my vending route throughout small town/rural Appalachia. In coming to know these types of folks for over a decade since I’ve been running this route, they have very much helped save my life. Thank you.

Iv never had an issues from this starbucks but today i waited for my drink. Looked at immediately knew it was wrong it was so light. I asled if there was coffee in it they said yeah. Tasted it was nothkng but syrup. I came back asked for remade and theu did it again still nasty the frappcino was basically white. I fidnt have time to have it remade again i had already waited over 25 mins for both time and i was now late to work. They need to go backv through how to make certain drinks cause they are horrible and iv wasted money i cant get back. Everytime iv ordered prior iv had no issues from drinks. But its annoying when i work in the medical field going to start a 12hr shift and i cant get my coffee prior to my shift and cant get another until the next day. So does me absolutely no good

Eli was working the drive through. Eli was super cheerful, nice, helpful, and was just amazing. We got our drinks and food immediately after paying! The drive through moved quickly. Eli never wavered in being polite and kind.
