Came in for a late run tonight 02/11/2026 around 11:30 and the person at the drive thru was patient and helpful. The other dude at the window let me know the food was being made while I waited and hooked me up with some cold fries, fries nonetheless. Burger was hot and tasted pretty good! Happy with this experience

Worst McDonald’s or any fast food Chan I’ve been to. Literally over 7 minutes waiting at speaker just to get a response or ask my order. Will avoid this one at all costs

I arrived when a whole line of cars was in the drive thru. Every single one left without being served. I sat at the speaker for 20 mins because my son really wanted some fries. Nobody was tending to the drive thru at all. I thought maybe they were short staffed so I just waited patiently. I finally also gave up. Not sure what’s going on here lately but I hope the string of 1 star reviews gets this location some much needed help.

It’s worth the extra drive time to go to another location. Every time we come here there’s an issue. Rude, disinterested staff; unreasonably long wait times for even the most basic orders, and it’s rare to see a drive-thru attendant that speaks basic English... I assumed it was a one-off here and there, but I have yet to have a single positive experience with this location after 10-ish visits. Absolutely will not return.

I arrived around 5:00 PM and ordered inside using the kiosk. There were only three customers in the lobby total. By about 5:08, only one person had received food. The rest of us were still waiting.

What was especially frustrating is that the order status screen showed all orders as “served,” even though food had not been made or delivered. Staff were still telling customers it would be “5 more minutes.” When I asked for a refund, the manager had difficulty locating my order, likely because it had already been marked complete.

I am a former McDonald’s employee, so I recognize what is happening here. Orders are being marked complete early to make speed metrics look better. In reality, this practice slows the kitchen down, removes orders from active screens, and creates confusion for both staff and customers.

This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve also come here in the mornings for iced coffee and waited close to 10 minutes while being the only car in line.

Occasional delays are understandable, but repeatedly marking orders complete before they are actually ready results in poor service and long waits that don’t match the customer volume. This location has become consistently unreliable.

Probably the slowest McDonalds ever….. 35 minute ticket times for 4 value meals. I would highly recommend going anywhere else but here. Food tasted like it was dragged through saw dust.

mobile order, in line for 19 minutes to get through drive through to pick it up. guy at window says there are literally two people working, him and the manager. there's a line around the store of people waiting. is this an owner or manager issue where the place doesn't have enough employees working at lunch time on a Saturday. this location is usually pretty good, but has been slipping the past few months

I came through the drive thru today and had a really bad experience with one of the managers, Monia. When we asked for a tray (because we had 3 drinks), she immediately caught an attitude and started making faces. When she handed us our food, she left super fast only for us to realize we were missing two fries and one of our drinks was only filled halfway. We waited at the window and even though she came back and saw us, she completely ignored us. Thankfully, another employee eventually helped us, but the whole experience was just rude and unprofessional.

For reference, she had bright ugly neon earrings and red glasses. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from a manager.

Everytime I come to this location. They never even ask may I help u. No good customer service at all. Wait is always long. I'm always left sitting waiting on a door dash order that's only one meal. I've been sitting here 15 mins for one breakfast meal. Still no one still hasnt said a word.

I did order a combo meal they charge me extra for the drink , they did not give me exact what I ordered ,when I ask they told me the marchine down, never come back here again.
