mobile order, in line for 19 minutes to get through drive through to pick it up. guy at window says there are literally two people working, him and the manager. there's a line around the store of people waiting. is this an owner or manager issue where the place doesn't have enough employees working at lunch time on a Saturday. this location is usually pretty good, but has been slipping the past few months

I came through the drive thru today and had a really bad experience with one of the managers, Monia. When we asked for a tray (because we had 3 drinks), she immediately caught an attitude and started making faces. When she handed us our food, she left super fast only for us to realize we were missing two fries and one of our drinks was only filled halfway. We waited at the window and even though she came back and saw us, she completely ignored us. Thankfully, another employee eventually helped us, but the whole experience was just rude and unprofessional.
For reference, she had bright ugly neon earrings and red glasses. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from a manager.

Everytime I come to this location. They never even ask may I help u. No good customer service at all. Wait is always long. I'm always left sitting waiting on a door dash order that's only one meal. I've been sitting here 15 mins for one breakfast meal. Still no one still hasnt said a word.

What a circus. Went through drive thru other day ordered the 5$ bag. They literally pulled me up for the simplest order ever. Wait! There’s a trend, I noticed several others got pulled up too! I’m in the seemingly desert heat in my car waiting for a small fry 4 piece nuggets mc chicken and small coke for like 8 mins, so I head inside. Now inside there’s about 🤔 10 people waiting for their food as well. I see a bunch of numb skulls running around but seemingly accomplishing nothing. I see an older Latin woman walking at snails pace seemingly lost, and oblivious/careless to the chaos around her. I get tired of waiting to be acknowledged so I shout out to the lady in front she just says she’s trying I tell her I have to go and my order is small just to give it to me. They hand me my bag after like 7 more mins and it’s missing my sauce and fries 🍟 so now I have to get her attention again ugh 😑 and I do and she gives it to me very rudely also. Still no sauce she says she’s out and than someone locates it for her …… than she slides them to me in a very rude fashion. My nuggets were dry and rubbery and my mc chicken was rubbery dry and tasteless, probably 5 hours old. Seriously. To top it off I got food poisoning. I literally have been to the bathroom like 50 times in the last 48 hours. I won’t be back. I advise you don’t either AWFUL

STAY AWAY. If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I would. Absolutely awful and shame on me for coming here again. Thought I’d give benefit of the doubt. Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes. Food was cold. Disgusting. Looks like a toddler made the order. Tried going the route of emailing their customer relations a few months ago, and no worthy responses. Boiler plate answers with no resolution. This place needs to stop taking up space in this shopping center, get rid of it.
We had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. It took an unusually long time just to place our order, and then quite a while longer to receive our food. When it finally arrived, several items were missing, which meant heading back to the counter and waiting yet again for help.
To make matters worse, they were out of Filet-O-Fish sandwiches, the one and only item I order at McDonald’s.
The only reason this location is getting two stars is because it was surprisingly clean, possibly because it’s either brand new or recently renovated.
It’s disappointing how far McDonald’s has fallen over the years. There was a time when they set the standard, but now it feels like they’re struggling just to keep up. Unless you’re a die-hard fan, I’d suggest finding a different spot to grab a bite.

Service is extremely slow. I was asked to pull ahead and park to wait for my food. I waited for about 10 minutes but figured they were cooking more fries. When I received my food it wasn’t hot at all.

This is an absolutely horrible McDonald's and I'mma say just a night with this one particular manager black guy with dreads who literally is cursing everybody out have a attitude with me so I couldn't finish ordering my food How do you curse people out at a restaurant and your manager How do you snap at every single customer because you worked a 14-hour shift they literally need to let him go
