Worse location...each time I go ....they make everyone park ! I ordered ONE ITEM and still had to park for 10 mins and this wasn't the 1st time. I can never order and get my food...they park each car to the point where it's 3 cars parked in spots and 1 parked at the door ....wthGET NEW MANAGEMENTGET BETTER EMPOLYEESAND THE DM OR WHOEVER NEEDS TO CORRECT THIS !!!

If on road trip, NOT A QUICK STOP... DRIVE ON!! All electronic ordering. Total time from order board to out the door with whole order was 43 minutes for easy take-out order. Couldn't get their attention long enough to get manger for refund so we could go nor get our whole order at one time. 15 minutes just to flag someone down to pay for a drink with cash when kitchen order board said we were being served already. No one looked up from kitchen to see a lobby full of people all waiting waaay too long for 1 or 2 item orders. Our To-go order: 4 burritos, 2 hash browns, 2 iced coffees ice on side and frappe. We were told we had to wait for had browns only to be cooked. Then they gave us only bag of cold not the fresh hash browns, not the rest of our order. Then they have us bag with burritos and more cold hash browns but no drinks. Ordered ice on side for iced coffee.... they added water to mix to raise liquid level in cups - looked like coffee but no taste. Burritos weren't fresh... cheese inside was crusty hard from sitting but steamed on outside to warm up. Only good thing was frappe... just right. Several customers standing there had shared complaints about constant wait for food and quality even ordering online 40 minutes earlier thinking of be ready by the time they got there. Only 3 cars in drive-thru. 4 of us standing inside. Proof not all automation is good!!!

Went to pick up delivery here early morning got the food but was completely ignored by the manager. I can imagine if it had been a little bit busier, food would have taken longer, and the manager on shift wouldn’t care. This place has lots of potential; the attitude is bringing down the service a lot, though.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes for them to mess up my order. Ordered 2 fries, and nuggets. They left out 1 of the fries. It was pouring down raining. I usually check the bag my self but it was only two cars in line around 8pm which isn’t busy, and I only had like 4 items so I said to myself it’s good, which was a mistake! My kid got his food so I’m not too mad even though money was wasted. I wish they would check orders before giving it to customers.

Typical McDonald's in a reasonably easy location to get in/out of. That accessibility depends on your direction of travel.Ordered through the mobile app and didn't have to wait long. Did have to remind them of two of my items. So, as usual, checking your order before leaving is highly recommended.Food was decent. Fries were fresh. Staff was friendly. They added salt and pepper to my qt pounder and when I asked the manager he said I did it to get my money back after eating half of it and I explained it took me a few bites to realize. Nothing was done to compensate.

Get new crew. Went this morning to grab a light breakfast before church. Asked for a sausage (no egg, no cheese) mcmuffin for my daughter with food allergies. They added egg. Asked them to remake and don’t give me the same sandwich with it plucked off bc of cross contamination. Explained my child will become ill bc of severe food allergies. Kid said it was remade, but I felt it wasn’t true based off of his body language. Twenty minutes later and my daughter was having an allergic reaction and vomiting all over the church bathroom. Thank God she carries her Benadryl and Epipen.This place and it’s employees are untrustworthy and below par.

They really need to being back the timer. It’s always a 20 minute wait to get your food even with ordering through the app. It doesn’t matter what time if day you come in you have to wait so long. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Definitely need management.

Terrible terrible terrible. Place an order today missing items from my order no one will answer the phone Uber eats surprisingly cannot assist. Do not eat here I repeat do not eat here. Keep on driving to the McDonald's towards the bottom of Warrenton road by Geico. They're seriously must be a new manager in here lately cuz this is outrageous!
