This Taco Bell is poorly managed, they refuse to give you a water cup. I asked for them to just charge me for a soda and fill it with water and they wouldn’t do it. Ridiculous.
Update, turns out this Taco Bell flat out doesn’t have water. Absolutely insane choice.

Literally the worst Taco Bell in the area. To the point where I’ve started to just walk out if certain employees are working. I get that it’s fast food and not fine dining but a few of the employees aren’t even qualified for that. If the young blonde guy is working you might as well just turn around and go somewhere else.
PS I’m not talking about the older black lady or the young lady who was working this evening, don’t know their names but you were both just lovely and this does NOT apply to you.

Stopped in for a Mexican Pizza and chicken stripe. The staff was INCREDIBLY nice, welcoming, accommodating, professional and they SMILE!! Makes a huge difference, I will make a point to come back. I highly recommend this Taco Bell location !👍

They messed my order up. I told them to replace the chicken chalupa in the box with an extra taco with extra sour cream they charge me extra for that and I never got it they still gave me the chicken chalupa was very disappointed in that part but the rest of the food was good

Apparently, customers are allowed to bring a dog in. It wasn't a service dog, either. It was a very small poodle puppy. Health Department, would you like to handle this one?

Managers are rude especially whoever the GM is or ast GM whatever she said she was. I tried to explain that my drink had been made wrong several times & she kept cutting me off telling me that it’s new. I’m sorry it’s been there a few weeks. Besides that very unprofessional & rude. Last time trying to come here

Out of the taco bells in the area this one I try to avoid. Anytime I have gone here the just move slow and if you go inside they do not bother to say a single word to you. Like I know there is a ordering screen but a hello would be nice.
