Ordered a Buffalo chicken Stromboli and received a chicken cheese and marinara sauce - no Buffalo sauce at all. I told the waitress it was wrong and asked for a side of Buffalo sauce and she wasn't even concerned. When it came time to pay, the check was more than the price on the menu. I mentioned again to the waitress my meal was wrong she proceeded to charge my sister's card for my meal and charged me for my sister's meal since it was $1.14 less I guess to make it loom like I got a discount. We were a table of 5. Two people got there food in a timely manner, annother meal about 15 minutes later and the last two meals about 15 more minutes later. Kayleigh's service was less than acceptable and then the "manager" yelling in my face to explain to me about the meal I ordered when I clearly read on the menu what was in it was absolutely uncalled for. A very poor excuse for a manager and way to run a business being extremely ugly to customers. No chance we'll be back.

We took a birthday day trip to go to Fancy Gap Pottery yesterday and had googled your restaurant prior to the trip. Hands down the absolute best restaurant ever! The food was absolutely amazing, and our server he was such a sweetheart and the perfect example of what wonderful customer service looks like, and your establishment was so cute and clean. We can’t wait to “pit stop,” on all of our future trips south and see you guys and patronize such a wonderful little hidden gem nestled in the country of Virginia ❤️

It's not a fine dining restaurant but everything is great from the food to the staff. Everything was clean , better than I thought it was going to be.keep doing what your doing. Cons on the atmosphere:The outside sitting area could use a face lift for seating.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza.

Called in to order food and was immediately placed on hold and call was disconnected. I was able to complete my order after calling back and being placed on hold again. I ordered a GRILLED chicken sandwich with NO TOMATO and extra cheese. This is what I received. The breaded chicken tenders were slimy and it had EXTRA tomato that I couldn’t even remove without taking off the melted cheese. The last couple times I have gotten food from here, it was not good and went went wayyy down hill. I do not recommend. I am so tired of paying astronomical prices for food and never getting what I pay for even though I make it completely clear when ordering and ask they read it back to make sure it’s correct.
It is what it is. The place was packed, all sorts of pickup orders, took a lil time to get the order but it was good. Did the Mexican steak sub, will get that again.
