I ordered through a delivery service. I ordered the all American cheeseburger with fries and guacamole n chips. I didn’t receive the fries for either of the burgers. I called BWW and was told I can come pick them up. Why would I order for delivery if I would have to make a trip as BWW didn’t put my fries in the bag? Seems like the attention to detail isn’t there. The burgers were good. The guac had no flavor. Very disappointed in this outcome. If you dont care about your business it is showing.

Only because I gave one star does Buffalo Wild Wings ask me to fill out a form on their site to tell them where not receiving over half my order went wrong. Ordered over $90 worth of food and they got chicken strips and one sandwich correct. All the wings were incorrect, no dipping sauces, and ignorance when I tried to call them. Why bother? Ordering food here is a gamble.. do you waste a lot of money on garbage, or go to another restaurant and get wings. I suggest another restaurant.

On yesterday I purchased an order of 10 wings with french fries. I steamed them and they were still hard. This ends my eating out and making my own barbecue wings. The total was $21.00 and the best was the sauce and fries.🤔🤔🤔

How is it we come in and sit down to eat but have to wait extra cause take out is more important. The table beside us came in 20 mins after us and she ordered take out while at table and still got hers first so she sits and eats it there.

Sat at the bar to watch the first Ravens game of the season. Bar tender was too busy cleaning everything instead of serving. I sat longer without a drink than i did with one. Usually when the bar tender makes eye contact with you or sees an empty glass they ask if you are ok/want another; not here. Then i got a water, drank it, and she looked at my empty glass and uncountable amount of times. So i put it on the bar side of the table, and she takes it. I assume I’m getting another. Nope. Tosses the glass and leaves me hanging.
I ordered 20 wings with separate sauces. They all came on one plate instead of separated like every other BWW Ive ever been to. Then they gave me the wrong sauce.
This was probably the worse experience at a BWW I have ever had.
