I went to the drive thru on my lunch break and waited about 5 mins for someone to take my order. Nothing from the speaker. I said hello 2-3 times thinking maybe the speaker wasn’t working etc. I wait a couple more minutes. Nothing. So I drive to the window, they are standing there taking someone order and then walk off. Do not acknowledge me in anyway. I drove off, I will not be going back.
Outstanding customer service from drive through. I can actually see into the kitchen area, and it was spotless. I've dined in before as well, and the store is immaculately clean. Always receive outstanding service here. My food is always hot and fresh. It's great to see that you have employees there who actually care about their job and customers. And I feel that they need to know that I appreciate them. It's really hard to find people who take pride in their work nowadays. Especially in a fast food establishment. And by the way all of You" Rule".
