Although the baker is friendly it wasn't enough. Due to her assembling our cake in the back of a van (4 tier cake with pillars and cake stand) my cake fell and broke. They still tried to leave the cake. I didn't get any memory photos with our cake. That's something you can't get back. I've never seen or heard of assembling a 4 tier cake with pillars before arriving at the destination. We agreed upon her arriving early to assemble cake.I just don't understand
