Ordered a pumpkin pie and half a carrot cake for Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone raved about them! The carrot cake especially was beautiful and delicious. Management has changed recently here, so older reviews mentioning rude service is not the current owners. The staff were very helpful when I ordered and picked up.

Bought 2 cupcakes and 1 chocolate cookie. Was charged $13. We didn’t realize until after the charge went through. The server gave herself a $3 tip. Shame on us for not asking about the prices before ordering. Cupcake and cookies were smaller than you’d make yourself and they were just ok. There was also a limited supply of treats and the only beverage they had was coffee. Not worth the $$

Their lemon bars are amazing, so good. I often get my Mom gluten free baked goods from here and they are always good.

Went for a celebratory dinner at Charley's Waterfront Cafe. 1.5 hours later no dinner, very little service, and a sideshow of waitstaff arguing at the bar. Pitiful!!!

My boyfriend and I went here to try it out. For our appetizer we ordered the crab dip with bread. The dip was delicious and the bread was warm and crisp enough to eat. For our entre I ordered the waterfront burger and he ordered the Al la carte pasta. My boyfriend and I were not satisfied with our meal. The food did not have a good taste at all. I am not coming back for dinner. The customer service was great! I ordered a cocktail which was good. I would like to come back and try out the brunch.

This is a very nice restaurant with great food and great service. A bit pricey, but everything is now days. The decor is stylish and the air conditioning was perfect. They need a bit better handicap parking

We were excited to try some of the deserts from this location but we're greeted incredibly rude! Not friendly at all! So ended up leaving without ordering.The store was also run down and not clean at all!
My husband, son and I were looking for a sweet shop on our way home from the beach. we decided to stop here because the reviews were fairly good. The staff was incredibly rude! we ended up leaving and not getting anything due to how unprofessional they were! I walked in am no one was up front. I let my husband look around and I decided to use the restroom. There's a door to the side with a W on it. So I assumed that meant women's. I opened the door and from the side there was like 5 employees screaming at me because I opened the door. It was insane! I honestly thought it was a restroom.

Very inconsistent food impossible to get a steak cooked correctly, I guess it needs to be ordered raw. They have a server Chris, the has a very hard time getting your orders to you before asking for them more than 3 times. He is too slow.

Wonderful place for their lunch dinner or brunch. When the weather's right make sure you sit on the outside deck with the streams flowing by. The food is reasonable priced and very accommodating not only for the college student returning alumni or proud grandparents. Charlie's fits everyone's need. Roll Tigers...Beat Macon!!!

My daughter has been at Longwood for 3 years. We've eaten at just about every restaurant in FarmVille but this was my first time eating at Charley's. It was a beautiful day and I knew they have outdoor seating so we decided to give them a try. We were told that there were only 6 top tables available outside so they would have to seat us inside since there were only 2 of us. It was not busy at all. There was no reason for not seating 2 of us at a large table. Literally no big parties came in after us. It was a Monday at lunch time! Anyway, we didn't push and took the seat they offered us inside. The inside is dark and depressing and could use updating. The food was mediocre for the price. I will most likely choose to eat elsewhere next time.

If you are looking for mediocre food with atrocious service; this is your place. Charley's is less than 10% full and I now know why. My "waiter" is in the wrong profession.
