This is the poorest run chic-fila I ever been to, trash on the floor, trash cans running over, service is slow, Mgr older woman came out front telling people who will be doing what when that should be done before their shift began, chicken sandwi h was super thin, bun was smashed, We won't be back.

We arrived at 8:43 p.m. at the Chi Fil A in Farmville and an employee came outside before we could come in the door and told us they had already turned everything off and that they could not serve us--we were refused service before the closing time. We were in a bus and had driven out of our way to come to Chik Fil A. The website says the restaurant closes at 9 p.m.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING IN CLOSE TO WHEN THEY'RE CLOSING. Sometimes it's 9PM, other times it's 8PM, but if they say they're closing soon, turn around, walk out the door, and go somewhere else. They get rid of and stop selling certain items close to closing, and the manager is constantly reminding everyone that they're closing, which is not only annoying but makes me feel like they're cutting corners and trying to either rush us or make us leave. This is not how Chick-fil-a does things at all. Compared to other managers at other locations as well as previous manages at this one, this manager can also can be very fussy because we came in not knowing that they're getting ready to close. That is not our fault, and you should not make a big deal out of it. If you decide to stop by, make sure it's not close to closing. You will thank me later.
