I understand that mistakes happen, but when the exact same mistake happens more than once, it becomes a pattern. Out of the many years that I have ordered from Domino's, across several different states, I have only ran into this issue at this particular store. The "app messed up" and sent the order through without the toppings I selected. This has happened twice now, from this store, and none other. I called to find out what the issue was, and the manager was rude and also told me that the only thing she could do was make a new one that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR!
I used to be a restaurant manager so I know that when a customer complains that they got the wrong order, you don't make them pay for the replacement. You take the hit and FIX IT!

Treated badly by the manager & went through the worst experience by any business I’ve been to, when I’ve been a loyal customer for years. This was absolute unprofessional & improper behavior/service. When my order was messed up then I get treated badly? Unbelievable.

Ordered a 3 topping large pizza and received what I ordered but the pizza wasn't cut all the way, weirdly enough there were sections of the pizza that were uncomfortably crunchy, staff was nice though, the lady who was taking our order was nice and patient and the environment was good as well, only other problem was the table was a bit wobbly when we went to sit down and eat.

I order takeout here often, using the Domino's app. Food is consistent and properly cooked. Counter people are usually polite and always seem to be busy with orders. I've yet to have any issues with my orders.
