This place is a joke. Ordered at their Kiosk, did not work. Tried to get receipt to pay at register, no receipt. Then I went to counter to pay and had to wait 30 minutes before anyone noticed me so I could pay.

i think they must be struggling. recently on multiple occasions they have given me the wrong order or missing items from my order which is fixable. However, for quality and execution have fallen off the cliff. The family all got fries and wow they were soggy or old. They taste as if they were fried in week old oil! Pretty dissapointing.

went through the drive thru and ordered my food. The lady taking the money was nice as always but the one handing out the food was rushing and harsh. B4 I left the parking lot I checked and half my food was not in the bag. Went back around and told them and the woman handing out the food was rude and didn't want to give me the rest of my order. The manager came up and said she would handle it. She told me to pull up and wait at the curb and she would have it right out. 20 mins later she came out with my food. Not good customer service.

maybe the worst McDonald's??? ordered iced drinks and they had no ice, how do you even run out of ice? its cold water dude, fries were terrible and the touch screens were gunky and barely worked. my friend ordered the Minecraft meal and received a regular happy meal instead

Haven't had ice for 3 weeks. They don't tell you until they are handing you your cups. Should have it posted or tell you before you order. Also, kiosks to order are down, and NO dedicated counter person. Very slow!

Usually great experience.last few days seemed understaffed. Inside dinning was long wait. And the ice machine has been down for to long. The staff there today were very polite and should be commended for pushing through.

Terrible place! This McDonald’s is absolutely filthy — the tables are sticky, trash is everywhere, and the bathroom is downright scary. The staff is just as bad: slow, rude, and completely uninterested in their work. Instead of keeping the place clean and taking care of customers, they stand around talking to each other and ignore the guests. This level of disregard for cleanliness and customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s! Placed a mobile order, paid, gave them the order number, and when we got to the window, they casually said they couldn’t “see the order.” The payment had already gone through, but instead of making any effort to fix the issue, they just suggested placing a new order and paying again! No accountability for their mistake, no attempt to assist the customer. We left without food, wasted our time and money. This kind of treatment is disgraceful. We won’t be coming back!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald’s! We placed a mobile order, provided the order number as instructed, and when we got to the window, they claimed they couldn’t find our order. The payment had already been processed, but instead of fixing their mistake, they had the audacity to ask us to pay another to reorder the same food! No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation — just a complete disregard for the customer. We wasted our time, lost our money, and left starving. This level of incompetence is outrageous. We will never return!

Very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. We placed a mobile order, provided the order number at the counter, but when we drove up, they said they “couldn’t see” our order. Even though the payment had already been processed, the staff offered no reasonable solutions other than asking us to pay $11 again for the same order. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable — no apologies, no attempt to resolve the situation. In the end, we wasted time, lost money, and left hungry. We won’t be coming back.
