Made an order with Wayfast and it was a kids happy meal for a girl with an orange drink and 2- 10 piece one a meal with large coke WITH SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE and a Big Mac meal with a large Sprite.
Recieved A Big Mac meal with the Large Sprite (on Regular buns) 2 piece McNuggets with NO SAUCE NO KIDS MEAL an orange drink NO SAUCE Spoke to Wayfast and then the supposedly the Manager Sabrina Johnson, told me she helped to pack the order and all of the order was in the bag, she was very adamant at basically telling me I lied, and saying well I will do it this time. Why would I be calling Wayfast or them if I had recieved my order? Wayfast returned with my grandchild Happy Meal and NO SAUCE. MCDONALDS NEEDS TO DO BETTER, AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TALK PEOPLE.

Fries and Big Mac were cold. My mochas didn't taste like they were mixed right. I had to stir them to get the flavor. It took so long for us to get our food at curbside pick up and they were not that busy for a mcdonalds. We get our food hot and faster at a busier one that is closer to our home. I see why this one is such a low rating smh. They need better management, obviously.

Went into their dining room at 10:30 (sign and website said their dining room closes at 11) and was told to leave. We then went through the drive thru, asked to pick up a mobile order and order an additional drink, and was told we’d have to come back around (there was no line). I was then told to go wait in the drive thru spot for FRIES.
Always horrible here and that's why I haven't been in over a year, I'm still going on what other people still say about them. Never can get orders right the managers and staff are always so rude and unhelpful.

I have been in store twice just this week and been met with the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life I’m not one to complain but it’s crazy when all you need to do is place an order for a sweet tea and get met with “ what do you want?” And “really that’s what you came in here for?” That’s crazy man.🤬

Pregnant and having food aversions, really craved a quarter pounder today.. and it was raw. Usually it’s a great location but this really turned me off. Normally I’d just eat it, but it doesn’t feel safe while pregnant and it was just a bit of a disappointment to get home and bite into this.
