As a pillar of American life, McDonald’s has stood for good food fast. However, my quarter pounder came out later than expected, drive thru service didn’t ask for any additional options and the burger was the worst I’ve ever had. Stale bun, greasy patties and a distinct lack of an acceptable topping ratio was unreal. Clearly by far the worst McD’s experience I can remember. Ray Kroc in all his wisdom must be rolling in his grave. Disgraceful.

For the most part I personally don't eat at McDonald's anymore, but as a dasher in 2 different areas both stores need to work on their customer service and order times. I used to run a restaurant and if you have a timed order that takes priority over your walk ins and drive thru orders or hire people to just take care of online orders period.

Went through the drive thru and ordered some milkshakes. I thought great, after 3 years trying to get one here I was finally going to get one. Cashier took my money and then the next window tells me machine is down. It has been down for 3 years, take it off the menu and let customers know it's down before taking their money.

Horrible management walked out after 10 minutes no acknowledgement waiting to place order money in hand. Employees walking around lost while crew leader/manager just complained they have no help. What a circus. I just moved to Farmville, It will take a very long time for me to return. Yes I walked out without even ordering

I've been coming here for 6 years 80% of the time the frat machines down and they don't put enough gravy on their biscuits not friendly atmosphere
Very thankful for this McDonald's - enjoyed a burger with an old friend, and it was delicious. very clean and got to witness some of the American spirit, so bless you guys, thank you so much

This by far had to be the worst McD I have ever dealt with. Dinning room with nasty. Flies buzzing all around. Guess that is why two employees were still masking One not covering their nose so what little them silly masks do it void. Food was old and they workers there other than one had to be the most unfriendly people I have dealt with even in fastfood. Glad I don't visit the area I will never return to this location even if I ever do

Dont come here unless you want a long wait and a messed up order. Ordered 2 of the 7.78 fish sandwhiches for 14 dollars and only recieved one order. To top ot off when you call them they dont pick up! Avoia at all costs!

A few employees get attitudes when you ask for certain items, the manager got an attitude with me and my significant other when we asked for a bag and a cup holder. My orders get messed up alot. GO TO BURGER KING INSTEAD.
