Best papa John’s I have had in years. Pizza was hot, fresh and made correctly like someone actually cared you were spending $20 on a pizza and wanted it to be good.

I waited over two hours for my order, so we called them and spoke to a manager. The manager was rude and told us that the order would not arrive for another 30 minutes because the driver was taking an additional 7 orders along with mine. The order didn't arrive for another hour, and the food was cold and soggy. The only thing they would give us for the terrible service was a brownie that would be another hour before it would be delivered. I would not recommend ever ordering from here; I am only ordering from Domino's from now on.

Place my order online was notified it was ready and proceeded to have to wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza. And then, when I made a complaint, they tried to hand me a pizza that had been sitting there the entire time I was in the store. And then when I asked when the general manager would be in so I could file a formal complaint I was informed they We’re out of town for the next 15 days so I spoke to the “acting manager “where I found him to be rude and dismissive. I will not be returning.

The woman that was working 11\10\24 about 3pm she was the only person there running register and making pizzas. without washing her hands. NOT friendly!! had a couple of people behind there where they make the pizzas. Got a pizza and bottle water. Then brought my pizza and dressing out. Then i asked for parmesean cheese acted like that was a problem!! NEED IMPROVEMENT!! ON MANNERs WITH CUSTOMERS!!!

Wow it's really bad to order from a place where you got employee being rude and mean but also it's also really bad for a good company to hire somebody that devious enough to try to get employees fired from their other jobs you know that's a bad thing of Papa John's hiring an employee to do that and the name will be Madison
