Called in a large pan meat lover's, when I got there was told it was a medium cheese, thankfully the young lady working there fixed it, I don't understand why they are using a outside call center to take orders cause apparently the call center doesn't understand plain English or for that matter speak it either. Thankfully for me I don't come to farmville often and this is just another reason why I don't.

Food was ready when we arrived for pickup. They might need to turn the holding cell up a touch, and the oven too maybe, but it was the upper side of acceptable. One guy seemed to be doing most of the work, but it got done. I do still wish all Pizza Huts were the OGs I grew up with. All that said, this location used to be a real problem, but they seem do be doing well now. Oh and the wings are good, but the price is kinda silly. But I still bought em. And I’ll be back. ??

Farmville Pizza Hut lacks hospitality. I will drive to Chesterfield next time. Had a really bad experience with this location. Ordered a pizza box... when i got there it was made wrong so they said they would remake. So i left to go to dollar general. Came back and when I arrived they have given my order away. So again I had to wait. Was told I would be given a complimentary pizza box for the inconvenience and would have a credit. Ordered today and went to pick up and the manager on duty was nonchalant and didn't care.. she said it was over 30 days and they wouldn't honor my order. The rep on the call center took my order and said it wouldn't be a problem to process the order...but it was not honored. Horrible customer service at this location.

It's hit and miss and honestly the best pizza I get from here is a personal pan. I was pretty disappointed this visit with my pizza. Where's the cheese? And i asked for the buttery crust. The staff is friendly though

1st thing they made the wrong pizza so had to wait longer but they were having fun dancing and laughing but they couldn't get the order right the next pizza the dough was raw so that's the last time I'll be going there it's sad no 1 takes pride in what they do anymore won't go back to that WORTHLESS place ever!!!?????????????

Placed an online order and when we got there they tried to give us the wrong order. They stated that was the only order under my name. We had the email confirmation for the correct order, so I know it was ordered correctly. We didn't have time to wait for them to remake the order correctly and said we wanted a refund. The worker told us they would refund the order. The next day I still didn't have a refund and started trying to contact the store with no luck. I tried on and off for three days with no one answering. I have currently been on hold now for 30 minutes still no answer. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a Pizza Hut. I would recommend if you are ordering to pay upon receiving your order and don't prepay. I shouldn't have to pay for pizza that was never received.
