We had Paige as our waitress and the service was absolutely horrible! One of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced from a server… She hollered at an elderly lady sitting near us about bacon. Then proceeded to try to argue with us at the counter when we told the owner about her behavior. The owner was not apologetic at all about how his server acted even in his presence. Needless to say we will not be going back. Food was mediocre at best, bland, no seasoning, sausage was not even edible. GO TO MERK’S INSTEAD!

The food was worth the wait. The service is quite slow but that's only because there aren't too many hands in the kitchen. Everything taste like Grandma made it.

Had breakfast today and the sausage patties are terrible. Soft and mushy, bad quality sausage. Prices are high , ridiculous. Disappointed customer.
We were very skeptical, the facility and atmosphere was questionable and didn’t appear very clean. We didn't have another breakfast option so we stayed. I am glad we did because the service was great and food was delicious. It is just an older diner that has no bells and whistles, but the food tasted good and the people were super friendly.

Passing through Farmville and stopped here at 11:00 am for a quick bite based on hours and reviews posted. Place looks deserted...picnic tables in front are old, splintery and overall, area is full of weeds and parking lot deteriorating. The place looked like it was closed (for good), but since we saw someone leaving we did get out of the car to determine if we should really stop in after all. By the time we got to the front door, it was locked with a handwritten sign that said new hours are till 11 am. Forget this one!
Cute place, inviting energy, coffee was brewed amazingly, and the waitress was really nice.

This breakfast was the best meal of our visit. The owners and servers were welcoming, maculate and all around enjoyable. You can't go wrong here!
Stopped here on our way to TN and was pleasantly surprised. Great country breakfast with good portion size.
