What a gem! I was passing through Farmville, and I couldn't resist stopping for breakfast. I had an amazing veggie omelet, perfect hash browns, and 2 thick slices of whole grain bread with lots of butter & jam. I expect diner coffee to be good, and they did not disappoint! Service was fast & friendly too! Definitely going back!
Haven't had a Corn Beef Reuben in years, so couldn't resist when I saw one available on the lunch menu. Cooked and prepped just right. Obscenely satisfying. Fries and the to-go Styrofoam cups completed the meal. I will be getting another one whenever I'm passing through Farmville that's for sure. My wife went on about the biscuit and gravy as well, so the breakfast is top notch as well.
Walker's Diner is a wonderful restaurant. I love the 1950's diner atmosphere. The food is always delicious. I'm partial to the Chipotle Honey chicken biscuit and their pancakes. While seating is limited, hospitality is not. I always enjoy my experience at Walker's. If you're looking for a truly unique, hospitable, and tasty stop for brunch, look no further than Walker's Diner.
