Great place to come and have a hot cup of coffee or tea. Drive up is fast service. Parking lot is clean and has plenty of spaces. Bathrooms are very clean. There is a table for children to have afternoon tea. Beagles and muffins are available. There is ample space to see and use the internet.

WORST VANILLA LATTE EVER with poor customer service to match!I ordered a 12 oz Vanilla Latte it tasted like vanilla milk. It was so bad I couldn’t drink it. When I got home to pour it out, the color indicated it was mostly milk. This was clearly not a latte.So, I went back to ask for another drink WITH PICTURES and VIDEOS of me pouring the drink down the drain (attached below) and was told that they don’t remake drinks. Someone clearly made a mistake while making this drink. When I asked for a manager, I was told that “ they don’t burn their shots like other places so it may not taste the same as Starbucks etc.”Then he informed me that if the drink was made “according to their recipe” they don’t remake drinks or give refunds. When I explained that , as a coffee lover, I’ve had coffee all over the world US and abroad and I’ve NEVER had a latte taste look and taste like MILK.After showing him the pictures and videos, I asked him how can you be certain that it was made correctly if it looks like and taste like milk and you didn’t personally make it. He said “we train our staff well”. So customer satisfaction isn’t important to you?”, I asked.Obviously not! He told me he would make it and recharge me. No thank you.I’m a firm believe that when you spend your money at a place, you should get what you pay for, be given a refund or it’s a chance for the business owner to have another chance to win you over. If you want service you won’t get that here!I’ll be going back to French Press in Waynesboro for a local place with great coffee and great service or Starbucks where I know exactly what I’m getting and although they’re a big company and don’t need my business, they’re do care about their customers.

I’ve used the Drive-thru method twice now, both times ordering drip coffee with one sugar packet and almond milk. I really wanted my regular but to also taste their coffee. Being completely honest the brew was weak both times. Not that I was looking for super strong brews, more so that perfect balance. As a coffee enthusiast I’m always on the lookout for new coffee to try. Perk Place has a lot of different options but I’d say it’s more for a certain group of people. I would say that I recommend the establishment for those who love more frou frou in their coffee.Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy free alternatives.

I love trying their new frozen drinks today i got the frozen pumpkin chai, with a little nutmeg and cinnamon sprinkled on top, It's delicious!!! Workers are polite, well mannered and a breath of fresh air. Definitely recommend to try!!!

This is not a shop for serious coffee drinkers. It is a coffee shop for people who want a disney-style beverage with lots of flavors and fru-fru. There's nothing wrong with liking those drinks , but if you want quality coffee, this isn't for you. We had 3 different coffee drinks and each one was like warm brown milk with a hint of coffee. Bah. What a waste. The shop itself felt sterile and smelled strongly of cleaner, not at all like coffee.

Terrible espresso drinks. Got a cappuccino (which is 12oz for the smallest of 4 sizes), and it was pure milk. It's white and I taste zero espresso. I had to throw it away. The barista was super sweet and nice, but they need to teach her how to make cappuccino.

I love trying different coffee shops and this one definitely didn't disappoint. Very friendly staff. A cute place to relax and enjoy coffee with your friends. I got a latte with honey and it was strong and tasted right on point. Will definitely be back.

We love Perk Place Coffee company. Everything we visit my in-laws we stop and get a delicious coffee. Now we can also enjoy sitting inside and sipping our coffee.
