Service was slow. Food was good, but who puts tomato, mayo, and mushrooms on a Philly? I asked for “nothing but onions and peppers” and still got mushrooms. Besides that disgrace it was alright for inbred Augusta County. There was only one guy with an American flag on the back of his truck.

Not very welcoming. We choose this place because of the name. We have place by the same name in Ohio. Sports bar. My husband has a service dog. When we arrived we were asked rudely by the bar maid if she was a service dog. We asked if we could sit in the other room and watch the NBA playoffs. She stated that she didn't know because all of the tvs had the race on, even though the tvs were all numbered, we asked to sit in the adjacent room because there was no one in that room so we though those tvs could be changed. She also said we would have to wait for service because we were the only ones in there and she had the bar and patio. We left because I think she had a issue with the fact we had a service dog and were were not locals.
Good friendly place, excellent wait and bar staff, and the food is absolutely marvelous.

My wife and I use to go to Side Lines a few years past. We thought it would be nice to go back today for a beer and fries. We use to enjoy speaking with the bar tender and others at the bar .. Anyway As we walked in the door , getting ready the set down at the bar , we could not believe the loud and totally disrespectful language we were hearing from the guys already setting at the bar. "F this and F that " at one point one guy said Get the F&@$ out of here .. I m not sure if he was talking us. But we were already leaving , So thanks to this guy for his encouragement....Don't get me wrong I know it's a bar , but I had no idea it was going to be like that. I would think anyone with any common since would not continue like that when a female shows up. So anyway I guess it's totally ok with the manager and staff for that type a behavior and if that's what you like then this is the place for you.
