Stopped by the Fishersville Wendy’s to pick up my mobile order, and when I got home, I realized a sandwich was missing. I called and spoke with the district manager, Felicia, and she went absolutely above and beyond to apologize and make things right. Kudos to her for being so kind and professional—truly excellent customer service!

The girl working the register took it to be more important to sweep the floor then to wait on customers .... also when I got there the side of the building with handicap parking the door was blocked off and a sign saying to use door on other side of the building,I m a regular there and this door has had issues for some time,this is not good for handicapped people,it should have been repaired a long time ago
The drive-thru worker was pleasant and polite. Food came quick and was hot.

I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich meal with large fries and a large coke my grandson ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets large fries and large Dr. Pepper We get home and his meal was correct. But money wasn't!! I ended up with a kids cheese burger!! I'm so upset about this
