Stopped by the Fishersville Wendy’s to pick up my mobile order, and when I got home, I realized a sandwich was missing. I called and spoke with the district manager, Felicia, and she went absolutely above and beyond to apologize and make things right. Kudos to her for being so kind and professional—truly excellent customer service!
I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich meal with large fries and a large coke my grandson ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets large fries and large Dr. Pepper
We get home and his meal was correct. But money wasn't!! I ended up with a kids cheese burger!!
