I’m not a regular so I’m unsure if this was just an off day for Panera but I ordered three different soups chili, cream of chicken and wild rice and homestyle chicken noodle soup. The chili tasted absolutely awful just so grainy and bad flavor. Chicken noodle soup was half spilled in the bag because of the lids were put on not secured and the flavor was not great. The wild rice edible. Avoid the mango smoothie it’s disgusting. Stick with the sandwiches and sourdough bread. Wasn’t a fan of the chocolate chip cookie either. Drive thru personnel was pleasant and I considered driving back and going inside but it was already very late at night.

I’ve visited this new Panera on post a few times now and have been quite impressed, despite some negative reviews I’ve seen. The staff is very courteous, and our food has consistently been excellent. Given that there are limited food options on Fort Belvoir, it’s understandable that this location can get busy during peak lunchtime hours, especially since it’s a new and popular spot. Order well in advance and utilize walk-in instead of the drive through if you suspect it will be busy. We also had our office lunch catered from here, and everything was prepared on time and to a high standard. Many thanks to the entire staff!

I placed a pretty large catering order, not only was my order ready in its entirety when I arrived, but the staff made a point to help me out to my vehicle. The staff were very friendly and courteous. This is one of the best Panera’s that I have had the pleasure of doing business with, I will definitely be back!

Food here was meh. Soup came out cold and sandwich seemed smaller than what I’m used to at other Paneras. Sitting area is really small though. Can fill up quick during lunch. Overall it’s something different but not a must go to at lunch.

Anyone posting bad reviews over a store that opened less than two weeks ago has no patience and shouldn’t be getting food during the busiest time of the day. The wait was long, however, the employees there were very nice and apologized for the delays. I was very excited to hear about them opening, and will continue to eat there from time to time. For the many people I heard complaining in the store over the wait were happy with how everything tasted. Many places have their “growing pains” when they first open, I hope this place stays open for a long time.

Extremely slow and employee seemed very annoyed. Showed up at 5 pm, an hour before they closed on Sunday, placed my order and was told to park in one of the spots. Waited almost an hour for my food and it wasn’t even busy. Maybe two cars came during this time. The same employee kept coming to my car asking my name and then made comments about quitting and how disastrous it is there.
