I have been to very few quick-service restaurants with this level of dedication to customer satisfaction and quality of product. Their staff is enthusiastic, efficient and makes it a pleasure to visit often!
I’m not a regular so I’m unsure if this was just an off day for Panera but I ordered three different soups chili, cream of chicken and wild rice and homestyle chicken noodle soup. The chili tasted absolutely awful just so grainy and bad flavor. Chicken noodle soup was half spilled in the bag because of the lids were put on not secured and the flavor was not great. The wild rice edible. Avoid the mango smoothie it’s disgusting. Stick with the sandwiches and sourdough bread....
I’ve visited this new Panera on post a few times now and have been quite impressed, despite some negative reviews I’ve seen. The staff is very courteous, and our food has consistently been excellent. Given that there are limited food options on Fort Belvoir, it’s understandable that this location can get busy during peak lunchtime hours, especially since it’s a new and popular spot. Order well in advance and utilize walk-in instead of the drive through if you suspect it...
