I am so annoyed with this location. I ordered a bowl and wanted to make it a meal. I communicated this to the person making the bowl and the person ringing up the order. The cashier STILL charged me for a large chips and queso instead of making it part of my meal. I didn’t realize this until after I paid (I was told a total of $4, went to swipe my card and then all of a sudden the price on the screen changed to $10). Because the people working here are insanely incompetent, the cashier couldn’t reverse the charge. This is literal theft and I’ll be following up accordingly.

Marilynn who works there is the best customer service woman I’ve ever met! I was carrying my 1 year old and she said that they have good cheap kid options for food so she talked with my daughter while she made the food super quick and made sure we had everytbing we needed, everything was so clean and fresh. We thought she was the owner because she took so much pride in what she was doing, she’s amazing!

I have ate it so many of these restaurants in several different states, and I am extremely impressed with the care and concern and quality exhibited by this particular establishment. As I'm sitting here, eating delicious chicken burrito bowl I'm watching how incredibly hard the lady behind the counter is working. I've never seen somebody so expedient, precise, and pleasant.

I just don’t understand why Qdoba exists. It tastes worse than chipotle and the mobile ordering process is a joke. I ended up trashing half of my bowl.

The Qdoba is on Ft Belvoir post inside the PX and they serve excellent food! The staff is also very friendly and kind.

Got the chicken bowl and shared it with my wife. Extremely delicious with all of the fresh veggies. Very affordable compared to other Mexican options in the area.Cheese sauce and fresh made chips were solid.
I go to place an order for a kids meal and I am Told I can't let you order a kids meal If the kids isn't with you. Well that doesn't make since, what if my child in at home.
