I used to love coming to this Starbucks, but recently, the quality has taken a nosedive. For weeks, they were constantly out of cold brew, which was already frustrating for regulars like me who count on it. Now that they finally have it “in stock,” it tastes nothing like cold brew—more like regular coffee, as if they’re trying to pass off an inadequate substitute instead of making a fresh batch. To make matters worse, the cold brew we ordered today was burnt and bitter, barely drinkable. This has become a consistent issue that has made me reconsider coming back. I hope management takes steps to address this and bring back the quality and consistency this location once had.

There were no pastries in the display case. I was disappointed and didn't get a chance to ask if they were sold out or what. The 5 people behind me only ordered drinks and there were 2-3 take out orders as well. Found it confusing that the take out (order ahead) is in same location as where we were waiting for in store orders. Got a bit crowded at one point but everyone was very courteous. I picked up a beautiful pride cup but it doesn't keep my water on ice for very long (a couple hours, maybe) so was disappointed that I cannot use it on the golf course. However, my Java Chip Frappuccino was delicious, thank you.

Something is always broken and the lattes are horrible. I feel like the ratio with coffee and milk is off. I just go to the one at the PX because it’s 10x better, they could learn a thing or two.

I've been to Starbucks on Belvoir twice. Both experiences have been good. The location is hard to beat. It's nice to get a drink and walk around Belvoir, especially on a nice day.

The staff is very friendly, the store is very clean. However, the lattes are consistently bad. I don’t think a single employee at this location actually knows how to steam milk or pour a latte. If this location stood as a representation of Starbucks as a whole, I’d say Starbucks is no longer a cafe in the barista business, just simply a convenience store in the coffee related products business. One star since lattes are a staple in the coffee world and this location can’t seem to get it right.

This is the quietest with the least traffic - the perfect ambience - Starbucks in Fort Belvoir.There are hardly any lines. Comfortable and spacious seating areas inside and outside.It is located in the town center by other outdoor shops in a very peaceful setting.The staff are professional, amicable, and accommodating. They will make my drinks frozen with blended ice & sugar free for my preferences. Thursdays are always buy one get one free beverages.The free Starbucks app provides you points and deals every week as well as chances to win free prizes. They scan your app code on your phone at all Starbucks.

No espresso available during my visit must have run out the day prior b/c I was there at 8am. Barista suggested sub coffee; not the same taste but appreciate her helping to overcome the shortcoming.
