The food it’s pretty decent. But most of the time you have to park to receive your food. When there’s no rush or anything like that. Customer service varies here sometimes they are nice and sometimes they are rude. They have been very persistent in saving the salsa sauce even though you order the burrito. And they also save on napkins so good luck with that. I think they can do better in all areas and become a great restaurant if they wanted to. But for now they strive to remain the star they earned.

I’ve been to this place four times now. Three times in the Drive-Thru and once inside. Each time is was not busy. Every time I have been to the Drive-Thru I have had my car pulled up, gotten my order without Ketchup or Napkins, and there has always been a mistake. The mistakes could be explained if they were busy, they weren’t. Then I went inside. The woman at the counter was very nice, but she was honestly the only one. The rest ignored my son when he asked them for a small lid or where they were. Then there was again a mistake, they gave me the wrong order and when I politely went to get it corrected they acted like I was the problem. Again the one person that made it right was blonde haired woman that took my order. I also heard them lying to customers in the Drive-Thru about not having Coke Zero despite it being on their fountain and working. Couple this with a terrible hours, it’s a wonder this place is still running. If you go here always check your food before leaving and if possible avoid the drive-thru. I really hope management addresses this poor service.

Wow. I've never been so disappointed. I've been going here for a few weeks (not every day) and it's like they don't care about the customer. I asked for extra salt on my fries and the thrown a salt packet in the bag, she didn't give me my drinks, I asked for bacon on my sandwich and they never put it on. I'm never going back to or eating at this Burger King EVER again!!! Thank you for the poor service. The food might have looked like a melted snowman but it was the only thing good there because I took the time to fix it.

If you want some quick for lunch on Fort Eustis, it the place to go, drive thru gets busy starting around 1130, during the regular work day

Stopped in today around 10 a.m. Ordered a whopper meal and it was absolutely perfect. The burger was delicious and the fries were hot and crispy. The staff was extremely friendly and the dining room and restrooms were clean. Will definitely visit again!

The store is newly renovated and has a rating of B. The store is clean, what happened to the TV for current events of the world, gor a new store the fountain drinks are not working, the bathroom is big enough for single person use only, whomever designed this should not be paid, it was better before.
They are always so happy and kind. Literally came out to get me when I pulled up and they were about to close so I could order.

Just a disgrace, 2nd time going here as I work on post. They have no idea what my order was AGAIN, had to give them my receipt to see what I ordered. COME ON people, and this after it was closed for a while for renovation. I would of thought with a new place and people, that they would have more care in their work and food. The whooper I ordered looked like someone stomped it to the ground and had no respect, with soggy pathetic fries, and no carbonated drinks. YOU JUST GOT A WHOLE NEW RESTAURANT. These people need to get their act together.

Thought the refresh would change the service and this location still has the same issues it always had. Orders wrong. Food overcooked/too greasy/out of items after just opening. I wanted this place to get better. It’s a shame.
