The customer service is terrible he just sits and stares at you after you’ve asked a question like he’s talking to a ghost. The food was awful, hard. Never will I get this again. Worst first experience ever!

The sauce has no taste. I ordered a loaded fries, and the only thing I tasted was salt.
The boneless wings were overcooked and hard.
The young man waiting on me was polite but the other employee was complaining about the customers, not just one but two customers. It was odd and uncomfortable to hear him...

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was in there today 08/31 ordered the buffalo wings delicious and the customer service was phenomenal Peter and Tiffany thank you so much for being so kind and professional and the little boy was great also and knew exactly what he was doing again thank you so much

I stopped for a few things at Walmart and saw Charley's ??. The service was amazing everyone was so nice and pleasant. My drink spilled and the staff immediately cleaned it..with a smile. The most important aspect is the food ABSOLUTELY A MUST HAVE!!

Ordered a philly cheese steak and fries. Ordered loaded fries. Disgusting! Never again! Lettuce Tomato and pickles instead of mushrooms onions and peppers. Loaded fries came with bacon on top. Cheese sauce on side. Yuk!

My experience was awesome this the 2nd time in 2 weeks that Rita had prepared my family Philly cheese steaks to perfection. The 1st time she cooked em and they were out of mushrooms, and I gotta have mushrooms. However she cooked it so good I couldn’t even tell they didn’t have any. So every time I get a chance I drive from Smithfield, Va to see Rita for the best cheesesteaks in the world.

When I ask you to cook my food a certain way, don't argue with me. If you don't cook it the way I ask, then I can't eat it. Don't tell me you can't make bacon crispy. It you apply it to heat IT WILL GET CRISPY. Also if you could leave the fries in maybe 30 seconds longer, they'll be better as well. Oh and take your attitude somewhere else !! If you can't be cordial to the customer, maybe you shouldn't work with the public. I was very nice, I didn't give any attitude, I just asked you to over cook the bacon. She told me she can't, that it's cooked in the morning, so it isn't possible to make it crispy now. That definitely isn't cooked. Not even a little. This food is just steak-umms
