Came here for pizza and only one african american with long dreads working. Girl there seemed to have an attitude and was unapproachable, not proper customer service etiquette.

Staff needs training in customer service even if that’s, “have you been helped yet?” Instead of ignoring the line of 7 people standing there for 10 minutes. Also needs training on phone etiquette such as, “have a nice day” or a simple “goodbye” instead of saying nothing and hanging up on customers. Needs training in making refunds or access to conduct refunds if the manager is not available, instead of “can you come back tomorrow?” Management should call customers after refunds have been processed to update the customer. If the associate threw away my contact information instead, then further training could only benefit Marcos pizza.

This happened both times I’ve been to the Ft Eustis location, not worth it. The one pizza and brownie I did get was amazing if you can just get past silently rude employees that look like they can’t wait to clock off.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MILITARY BADGE, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I found out the hard way. I’m visiting for the weekend with my job and ordered take out. When I was going to pick it up, navigation took me to military base gate security. I called Marcos and explained. The guy said he could bring it out to the visitor center outside the security gate but would charge me $6.00 delivery fee!! I had already paid online and that’s why I was coming to pick it up. The visitors center is less than 1 mile away from Marcos and he wanted to charge me $6.00 fee!!!! After I told him I’ve already paid online, he had one of his drivers bring the pizza to me at the visitors center on his way to make other deliveries!

Customer service is absolute trash. Non existent. 3 times in a row I pay extra for dip cups and they send the wrong thing. First time straight up lied about sending them back out, never sent them. The second time I just had nothing left in me to fight with. Third time, “well I will see if the delivery driver can bring them out to you” my response “there should be know we will see, you should tell them to bring it out to me. This is the third time”. Never received my paid for dip cups. Worthless bottom feeders. Don’t order here. Keep in mind I paid 15 dollars for delivery between the delivery charge and tip. Unacceptable!!!! Do not use Marcos. Stop buying so we can get them shut down b

The grilled chicken sandwich was less than 1 ?. Flavorless, and for $10.99!? 6 inches. Taste like boiled chicken. Only had tomatoes and mayonnaise. Customer service was good, but the food lacked taste.

Ordered a bacon pineapple pizza received no bacon on the pizza was not contacted about the missing topping and when we called we had to deal with a rude and disrespectful employee who seemed confused on why receiving a pizza with half the toppings that we ordered and we’re charged for wasn’t acceptable ended up hanging up on him after he claimed to be a manager which if he is then he is by far the worst manager I’ve ever spoken with best of luck to you guys I know the majority of the employees here go above and beyond for customers but this was ridiculous.

Placed an order for pick up on 4/26/24 around 11 am. Arrived at 11:30 to the drive through pick up window. Waited 10 minutes before anyone bothered to show up to address us. Their inventory is horrible because they were out of every 20 oz bottle drink you could think of. On top of all this our order was wrong. They remade the pizza that was incorrectly made as it was supposed to be gluten free. I offered to buy the incorrect pizza at a discounted rate, but the poorly spoken manager replied with "yeah nah"! Does that mean the answer was yes and then he immediately changed his mind? Why not make some money off of the deal. At that point you could only throw it away or worst case scenario try to sell it later (which is absolutely disgusting). Marcos on FT Eustis started off great but is declining quickly in customer service standards and etiquette.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at the Marco's Pizza located at Building 677, Tyler Ave, Fort Eustis, VA 23604 on 4 February 2024.The employee at the front register, an African American male wearing a dark blue shirt, exhibited rude and dismissive behavior when I approached him with an issue regarding my order. Despite the lack of an apology, he eventually addressed the problem after an uncomfortable period of staring.I believe in the importance of respectful and professional customer service for all patrons. I hope you can address this matter promptly and provide the necessary training to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future.

We ordered a pizza at 345pm. 545- still no pizza. We call. They say "it'll be out in 5 min." We call 20 min later. They say "oh we tried calling you to let you know we do not have ingredients to make your pizza." Almost 3h after we ordered. We don't have a Marcos acct so we ask what # they called. They makeup a phone # we have never heard of. This place is bonkers unprofessional. Never again.

I order the deal where you get 2 medium pizzas cheesy bread and a 2liter. I didn't recieve my 2 liter because they didn't have any which is a common problem there. I wasnt refunded due to the mealdeal but i got a few extra sauce cups so it worked out. When I got home I noticed my pizzas were not mine. We called the store to try make it right but were on hold even tho not a soul was in the place. I'm sorry Sarah we got your pizzas. It's constant problems at this place which you can tell is definitely due to poor management.
