Food is great, when they get it right. 7/10 times I cannot eat my sandwiches because they don't understand the words "No Pickles" (I have an allergy)

Ordered 8 piece family meal. Got 3 wings and three thighs and 2 breaststroke. Guess they were out of legs and didn't have the common sense to tell me.
Waited on a 5 piece spicy tenders with fries for 15 minutes and had 5 customers behind me get there food first. One order behind me had a 3 piece spicy tender with fries and they received there’s while I was still waiting. Not the great of service
Awesome food, but the service is bad. I don't care which one you go to, all services is slow, and attitudes are not good. It is a shame a place like this has bad service. They have plenty of employees but everyone trying to do the same thing. Maybe poor management.
Its Popeye's what more can I say.

I purchase a chicken tender meal. I received three tenders the size of half of a pinky finger. I returned the tenders and was not offered a replacement for the nips that I lost my appetite and lunch break over.The lady that was no assistance to me was very rude, and I see why she is stuck at Popeyes chicken on Fort Eustis. 1-8-21 purchase date 11:30 A.M

Bought 2 chicken sandwich meal cold and doesnt look presentable the store is dirty.
Waited 10 minutes for popcorn shrimp. Cook tried to underserve because he didn’t make enough. Waiting an additional 10 minutes for round 2. It’s not that hard, but they can’t get right
The chicken on base is better than the other two off base. The fries are always cold though ?
Decent, but not the best Popeyes I've had.
