Absolutely love qdoba , I have been here daily for the last two weeks and GREG has been the absolute best ,giving me top quality service each visit . If my food was ever missing an item he was quick to correct it without hassle . And for that alone was enough to have me coming back so often . I’ve recommended this particular location to several others whom also love the food quality and customer service. Restaurant is always always clean and quiet. I will continue to visit this location . Oh and the quest they give is so top tier . I had enough to share with my family with a little left over . Thank you qdoba

Qdoba has one of the most vibrant employees in the food court!! The line was a bit long today and I (half) jokingly asked why and I realized there are only two workers. Thankfully I’m partial to the staff and appreciate the customer service and the delicious quesadilla!

Went here for the first time today anround 3:30 and the customer service was HORRIBLE!! What appeared to be the manager (older Mexican lady) came out from the back and ignored our questions and was very rude. Pretty disappointed

The workers are so disrespectful not willing to even take a customer’s order while they are glued to their phone and walk to the back. Don’t worry fill up your Stanley with Root beer and keep relaxing tubby!!!!

I love the Newport News location. The service is wonderful and the food is always hot and fresh. So many options to choose from. Love their catering menu too.

My bowl …lost for words..ummm I went over to chipotle just in case it was nasty thank goodness. So not for me…should’ve just kept mods pizza there. This was a tryout and will never eat there again. And it cost more than chipotle….

If you like skimpy portions served with attitude, this is the place to go! This location is desperately in need of management change. When it first opened, the portions were great and it was my favorite place to go. Now prices are up 25% and despite that they try to see how little they can serve you and still get you to come back. If you dare to call them out for their change in protion sizes, the manager herself will treat you like an idiot while dishing out your food with heaps of attitude. There are several other options for food on base. All of them are better

Stood waiting today around 4:30pm to 4:36pm for the worker to come out from the back. They were cleaning, but just totally seemed to be blanking out, or maybe careless on his job to check the counter for customers. When he did come out, Miguel greeted me by mumbling, "what do you want?" No eye contact, no smile, no hi or hello. The whole time he's asking me questions about what type of rice I want and so forth, but he was mumbling so bad, I could not hear him and had to ask him what he was trying to say a couple times. When checking out, he tells me the price, then I pay and then he walks away. No thank you or have a great day--nothing, literally walked away. I did say "have a good weekend" to him, which he clearly heard me say at the register, but again, he just walked away and was silent. Maybe he was just having a rough day. ....
