I asked for no foam and I got at least 2 oz of foam. I pay to drink coffee, not foam. Very disappointed!

The supervisor has no respect for customers, cutting them off when they try to place an order for no reason.
I love coming here to get a break from AIT, the staff is always helpful and willing to make the drinks to my liking. I really appreciate the staff especially when they are short on personnel. I’m going to miss these ladies when I graduate, thank you all!

This Starbucks is a standout, especially being right on base. The staff is super friendly and helpful just ask, and they'll guide you to the best drink for your taste. They're so knowledgeable about the menu, it feels like you’re getting personalized coffee advice! Plus, many people order online and never have a hiccup with their coffee. Great service, great drinks it’s the go to spot!

I went to this start bucks on a beautiful Sunday morning. I was ready to have my morning Starbucks to get me ready for the day but noooo Brittany wants to have an attitude. Brittney wants to take long on my order and stall by looking at yellow cups. Brittany wants to throw a paper bag at me just for asking for one. Then when I called to ask for everyone’s name the worker on the phone had the nerve to say she didn’t see anyone throw a bag but then when I asked which worker threw the bag she said Brittany. But I thought you didn't see it???

Worst experience today 0815 at this location, Mrs K attended my wife and myself with the worst attitude from entrance, was rude when taking order, when asking questions, and even to pass the order to us.
Really disappointed from a location that is believed to threat people with respect and dignity!

Ordered 2 Frappuccino's with extra shot of expresso and got what tasted like straight milk. These baristas need to be retrained. I pay for the extra shot because I want it stronger not milk

Awesome place. Except for the cashier forgot to put vanilla sweet foam on my order so when they gave me the coffee I asked for it and was told "oh you'll have to go through the line again and pay for it" even though the cashier remembered I asked for it I still had to go wait in line just to pay 1.25 or whatever for the sweet cream..

I walked into the store today to get an Americano, there was no line and it was very slow today. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff who both clearly did not want to be there. Absolutely zero work ethic whatsoever. It took 15 minutes to get them to actually work and make an Americano. Please hire competent staff who actually want to be there and who appreciate receiving a paycheck for hard work.
