4 employees standing around goofing off while over 20 people stand in line for 30+ minutes and no one preparing food or taking orders. Don't waste your time, this should be closed or all of the employees fired and start fresh. Clearly no one is watching how this one is ran.

Food taste has declined over the years. Philly Cheese Steak doesn't have any taste, or seasoning. The fries are bland also.

By far the worst restaurant on base. I came here a couple of weeks ago and had to wait 45 minutes for two sandwiches and fries. And I made a complaint about it on the website so they gave me a $5 off coupon. So I thought I would give it another try. Same results. Customer service is trash. The employees go as slow as they want to. They do not care if you are standing there waiting for your food. I expect more from people who are providing a service to the people who serve our country.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches as all they did was talk to other restaurant employees. Employees were speaking vulgarly to each other and discussing how they could speak any way they wanted to. Disappointing on a base especially with families around.

Be warned it says they close at 6pm on google and on their hours posted at the place but apparently they close at 4 even sometimes at 5. Don’t know what the deal is.. They need to update the hours.

I have now been waiting for over 30 minutes for my sandwich. You have an employee standing around watching other employees working. You have a manager who is doing absolutely nothing while at least 10 people are waiting for their food. Some people have been waiting longer than I have. You have employees working at a slower than snail pace. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this is just pathetic.

Went to this place again today. The website says it closes at 6:00 PM its 3:03 today they are closed. Yesterday I was told they closed at 4:00 PM. Today there were 2 people in line paying for their food. I served in the military and it is so disrespectful for a service connected disabled veteran can not get served while people are still in line. If you close at 3:00 then why are you still taking money as I walk up?
