This Pizza Hut is ripping these soldiers off, pizza at Pizza Hut does not cost this much out in town, it cost 15$ with tax near my house, I paid nearly 30$ for the same pizza

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered $78 worth of food at 6:18pm today thinking my food would get to me in 40-50 mins which was not the case, I've been waiting for almost 4 HOURS. I understand if it's busy, but please update your wait time. The manager Meredith or whatever her name was so very unprofessional over the phone when I asked for an updated wait time & asked for a full refund since my food never came. If my refund does not come in 3-4 business days like she said I will be suing. Waiting 4 HOURS for food is ridiculous & I will NEVER being ordering here ever again. The rudeness of the employees is absolutely unacceptable

Very expensive, no prices on the menu. Had to ask for napkins and a bag for my to go order. Never got to eat one of the pizzas bc it had completely fallen out of the pizza box

Overall decent pizza with a normal price. The pizza was a bit oily, but was like any normal pizza hut.The customer service is good but super slow. If you are there and they say 15 minutes expect closer to a 25 to 35 minutes wait.The inside of the restaurant area is super dirty and definitely needs a to be cleaned thoroughly.
Super busy for family day, got hung up on or put on hold multiple times. Pizza was great!

Fort Lee's Pizza Hut is ALWAYS delicious. I grew up on Pizza Hut, and this one is by far the most consistent location I have ever visited. The staff is nice, and the pizza is always prepared to perfection.
