Updated: Even better a year later. Last year I dinged them a star for not keeping up with their lines. They got better at that and you can zip through even a long line.The food is still amazing.Keep it up.////The employees were really nice and the food (chicken, biscuits, red beans and rice, and coleslaw) was all really good.They are pretty slow when I went and it took a few tries because of long lines so I’ve got to knock a star off. I’ll gladly give them more chances because the food was good when I could get it.

First off, the mobile app ordering system doesn't work at all. Secondly, they throw the food in the bag any type of way. They are all scrambled. It's as if little kids run the company. And lastly, the old ladies working there always have some sort of attitude and animosity with customers. Fix it. Y'all suck.

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The employees do not care about customer service at all. They will let you stand there and employees will just walk past and not one of them will ask you if you need any help. And the managers just let it happen. They won't ask you either. This location is on an army base. And I would think that if you were serving the men and women who serve our country you would at least be respectful and have a little bit of customer service..

3 sandwiches took 25 minutes. Drive through sign looks like it was stolen, filled with xeroxed paper, and lacks items on the actual menu. This is a poor representation of contracts being offered on-post positions. Does nothing but hinder service members timelines. FYI, this was a third attempt and will be the last. Not suited for installation business

The customer service was horrible. The staff was extremely rude which is OK but unfortunately, the food was horrible. The chicken was extremely overcooked and dry. The pieces that were not overcooked were all undercooked and pink. I was very disappointed money is hard to come by and I wanted to provide a hassle free dinner for my family. I ended up throwing the food away and it bother me so much that I wrote this review. Wish I would’ve taken pictures.

Chicken was ok, service was ok. It took 15-20 to get my order, they need to review their processes, it shouldn't take nearly 10 mins for an order to be made! It wasn't even busy!

Stood in line for 50 minutes waiting for my food when they told us it would only be 7 mins. The workers are all high ...they said on weed but I think it's crack. They should not be able to work at this fine establishment. Everyone in here needs to be retrained. -signed a very concerned Karen

The wait time was long for a fast food establishment. I waited about 25 minutes just to get to the register and there were not even that many people in line to justify the wait time. I have experienced longer lines at other restaurants with faster service. The primary reason I rated this place 1 star is because the staff calling your order number was extremely rude. If the customer did not hear her call the number, she would loudly yell it with an attitude. I noticed that she would say the number quietly as if every customer is standing at the counter. Almost every customer that ordered went to go sit down in the restaurant to wait for their food, so obviously they could not hear her mumble a number from afar. When she got to my order, she said it quietly, so I was unsure if my number had been called due to the other voices around me and the voice of the cashier asking other customers their order. Because I did not respond fast enough to my order being called, she decided to yell it with an attitude and then make a rude comment about me to the cashier. The cashier decides to laugh at the comment. The staff is very unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I would never eat here again because of that.

Unfortunately the negative reviews are spot on. After 10 minutes of waiting in line they had only processed one person so I left. They had 5 staff working at the time too. No one has 30+ minutes on their lunch break to wait for "fast food".

Wait time from ordering to receiving your meal is ridiculous, 25-30 minutes. I've given them III chances, there just slow.
