Drinks here are a hit or a miss. Customer service could be greatly improved too. The guy with the colored hair and glasses is very rude.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Ashley! My order wasn’t quite right at first, but she fixed it immediately with a smile and absolutely nailed it. She was kind, professional, and clearly really good at her job. It’s rare to see someone handle a busy rush with that much patience and positivity.

Had a caramel frappe. It looked good. Service was good. But it taste like ice and milk. Absolutely NO coffee. I was so disappointed and couldn't return it because I had already left and was on the interstate. What a waste.?

Before Covid, creamer, milk, sugar , napkins were on the self service counter. Now you have to ask for everything including half & half that now costs an extra 70 cents! Well there are lots of businesses that sell coffee , so we all have options now! Neat trick to get more revenue from already overpriced drinks.

Idiot cashier lost my order and I waited for a hour and then they give me the wrong size after they finally gave me my drink after I showered them my recipe mutable times.I understand that they were busy but how do you lose a order and for get that you check me out.Also I ordered macha latte.It takes 2 minutes.It's two ingredients?????
