We walked up to the register and the person standing there was on their phone not engaging the customer in any way. For so long they asked if they were open, wondering that since she wasn’t showing signs of taking any orders at the time. There was no one In line besides me and my friend

Placed my order at 1134. Asked about the status of my order at 1202. The woman was very rude and told me I was going to have to wait. It's now 1220 and I still don't have my food I paid for. And when asked again proceeded to complain loudly. I'll not be coming back here again and urge others to go elsewhere. They skipped my order and acted like it was my fault.

Had ordered a drink to go and found drink not blended thoroughly. went and asked if they could blend it some more or do it again they rudely interrupted me and said no. Rude customer service and menu items are limited.

I typically have lunch here. But I think the team might be over worked. So extra help with lunch might be needed. The attitude during serving might be because the team is over worked. Bertlie has been pretty unhappy my last few visits.
