Had ordered a drink to go and found drink not blended thoroughly. went and asked if they could blend it some more or do it again they rudely interrupted me and said no. Rude customer service and menu items are limited.

I typically have lunch here. But I think the team might be over worked. So extra help with lunch might be needed. The attitude during serving might be because the team is over worked. Bertlie has been pretty unhappy my last few visits.

Yesterday at 6:47pm August 23 2024 the store closes at 8 noticed the only one I saw was a (GIRL WITH PINK HAIR) she was on her personal cell phone so we patiently waited until she was done on social media or texting what ever she was doing it seemed more important than customers, but she started to take the order after we waited for her, she took my childs order ask me “is that it?” I said “no I am not finished I have to order something else,” she looked at my other kid…and husband with our baby who was standing at pizza hut and stopped looked at me to then say “sorry maam we arent taking food order. (I think she thought it was about to be a big order and didn’t want to make it because she saw a big family but we were only ordering 3 things 2 food items & a smoothie.) I asked “why can’t you make anything, you don't close till 8 it’s 6:47?” She says… “oh the person that makes food isnt here right now.” Understandable but odd because in the past I’ve had the same thing said about this location at odd times of the day but usually when it’s about to close or when they are on their phones. I ask “mmm is that so because usually everyone is trained to make food and you don’t close till 8. Can I order smoothies instead,” She only said “no they aren’t here to make it,” ok so they can’t make anything at all got it. She didn’t have much to say after that and went back to her cell phone.

My thing is if you don't want to make someone’s food or let alone work and be on your cell phone just say that and go home. There are so many other people who actually want to work but you get folks who just don't want to work at all. Another things is why lie about saying the person who makes stuff isn’t here, well close down early at that point she’s riding the clock. Or change the hours because why stay open when they aren’t making anything.

Okay place. Food isn't bad, but two of the workers were talking about the combo I asked for and were laughing. I even said I like what I like, and its like they complete forget the customers can hear everything theyre saying. There's a darker skin tone male worker who is super kind (don't know how name) and another lady as well (she looked tan/Hispanic) other than that they really need to work on their customer service like asap.

Todays closing hours are 5pm and the person in charge refused to take our order at 4:02pm. The same worker, younger female with red streaks in her hair, always huffs and puffs when people approach the counter. If you don’t like people or don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be doing it. Make room for someone who would enjoy making some money.

I've been to many Tropical Smoothies and they are consistently friendly, efficient, and give high quality food. Great location and great service!

I didn’t know employees could choose not to make food here if they felt “overwhelmed”. Never coming here again. This is the worst service I’ve received on a military installation. Joseph ended up taking a food order for the customer right after me…

I had asked for two smoothies and the worker had said no in a rude tone while the other worker laughed.The worker that had laughed then told me it would be an hour wait for the smoothies if I had ordered it.Needless to say that I was embarrassed from the whole situation because it was very unprofessional and rude.It’s somewhat understandable because they were close to closing time but it doesn’t excuse the behavior,especially considering it’s on a military base.

Absolutely terrible. Spent 15 minutes waiting on food and the employee acted offended when I asked if my food was ready. It was right there on the counter and no one would answer if it was mine. A huge waste of my time and totally unnecessary.

ROTTEN food over and over again. Not just a little old... Completely fermented. Do not go here. Zero stars obviously. *Edit to add: I've already emailed the company and I got a general response back. No concern at all from them it seemed. I will not be back.

Went to Tropical Smoothie for a smoothie ,myself and my friend from work and what we got was an overpriced icee it was nasty not Eve the consistency of a smoothie and while we were waiting the employees in the back were arguing with each other,not professional at all .First and last visit till they can get there act together !!!!

The food is amazing I tried the food for the first time last week and I loved i tried so many different meals and the smoothies were amazing and clean and the service was fast
