I came here for a birthday party and was treated so poorly that I will never return. There are never enough chairs and umbrellas yet they keep letting people in. Also after I had entered I went back to the car for water for my daughter and I couldn’t remember if I locked the car. My husband tried to go and make sure it was locked and he was told there was no re-entry which is fine.
The problem is how the staff treats black people in particular. Just because some of the staff is black doesn’t mean you can talk to my husband any kind of way. Be professional when you’re at work, period.
A message to the owner: If you don’t train your staff properly to de-escalate issues, you’re going to have a lawsuit on your hands. Also never received my card back because I had an open tab, that I closed before I left. Maybe you should stop working the waiter at the beach front to death and focus on making that experience better. I spent over $100 not including tickets and was going to return the following week but not after the experience I just had.

My family and I always have a great time at Paradise Ocean Club. Great staff, food and non-alcohol drinks. Beach area is always clean. Life guards on duty at the pool. We rented a Cabana for the day. Our waitress Maria was very accommodating and checked in with us often. Kids can’t wait to go back!

Great time with the family on a Sunday. Ate on the deck... food was good. Pancakes were delicious, live the Crab dip with a little kick. Drinks are good and it was a beautiful beach day. I come often during the summer and get a Cabana during the weekday to relax

NO MORE GHETTO VIBES:
I broke up with this place before it closed down. However, it's not ghetto anymore. The security is on point! The staff are hard working, and customer service at its finest.
The servers bust their tails to make you feel noticed, served, and comfortable even though it's extremely hot. The music and live bands are family friendly. It's relaxing to actually be there.
The rules are in place to keep this venue safe. I'm so impressed with the management, security, and staff. Keep doing an excellent job because as long as you do, we will keep coming back.
The entrance fee of $15.00 is reasonable. Please don't go up anymore.
*No thongs *No personal speakers -- goes a very long way. I never cared to see crack and listen to other people's obnoxious music. Thank you!!

went to the beach and there was no one. no chairs, no people, no shoes, no shirts, no service. where are the buckets??? i guess they really said HAGS and peaced out with no forwarding address. only giving the one star for the random guy named bradley who became the chair for me, but then drank the single bucket we did find. #ahahahahaaaaseason #fallyall #worsttimeofmylife

Meh. It's the same green water you get on the public side, so the band, pool, and food would be the draw. Went on a slow day so I was able to get an umbrella and chair at least. My waiter was pleasant enough when he remembered to check on me. Band was mediocre. For the cost, they need to consistently have good music, good food, and good service.
Nice spot for the small gathering that I attended. The food was tasty and not very expensive.

Could be beautiful place. I mean the scenery of sand, ocean water and cabanas is great. The drinks at the outside bar and engagement from the bartenders are also fantastic. All around the atmosphere is appreciated. However, I noticed that one of the workers, which I believe to be a waitress (short Caucasian woman with blond hair) definitely has an issue with people who do not look like her just celebrating and having a peaceful time. Her attitude, energy and demeanor, not to mention her snide remarks and look of distain towards others said it all to me and my family. We watched her give that same energy to others as well. Doubt we’ll be back here if this is a representation of how they feel.

I just went here for the first time last week and I had so much fun! It was such a relaxing place to go to and I will definitely be back next year when they open up again. It's a very family-friendly place with a snack bar for kids, and you have the option to go swimming in the pool or at the beach. The food was excellent, too!
