Entertaining and relaxing
Vintage look on the beach
Really nice, has a great ambiance, lowk that fact that that are on Federal grounds not city. The private beach was really nice and worthwhile. Definitely coming again.
Clean beach, beautiful scenery, nice chairs to lounge on, will definitely visit again when in town!
Nice atmosphere live band, food and drinks with lots of friendly people with good vibes, but not enough seats, they must do better in that area. They were pack as well. Bartenders didn't serve everybody, people were complaining about being ignored when trying to order drinks or food.
This place is amazing!!! Drinks and food are great the music is very good. They have a pool for both adults and kids and the beach is at your feet.
I've been living in Hampton Road for over three years and this past Friday was the first time visiting this wonderful establishment. The food, drinks and live entertainment was awesome. I look forward to becoming a regular patron next season.
Didn't really care for the band.
I want to update my review of Paradise Ocean Club at Ft. Monroe because the management truly stepped up after my initial concerns. My wife and her adult children were celebrating her birthday, and at first, the experience was overshadowed by music that was too loud for the atmosphere. At the time, it felt like our concerns were being dismissed, and I left disappointed.
However, after I posted my review, management reached out right away. They explained that the DJ had in fact been asked to lower the volume by the general manager, but they were unaware that my wife still felt ignored in the moment. More importantly, they offered a sincere apology and even refunded part of the cabana cost to make things right. That level of follow-up shows integrity and a commitment to their customers.
I’ve been around long enough to know that things don’t always go perfectly in any business. What matters most is how management responds when a guest feels unheard, and Paradise Ocean Club responded with professionalism and respect. They didn’t have to go the extra step, but they did.
Because of this, I want to sincerely thank them for making amends and for valuing their guests. That kind of customer service earns my respect, and I look forward to giving them another chance in the future.
Great time with family or friends, or both! The food is okay, but the drinks and amenities make up where the food lacks. My time there is always worth the cover and my daughter and I had so much fun. Will always come back in season!

It's expensive!
I always visit this place when in Virgina. It has a nice family atmosphere. It has a pool as well as the beach front.
Food was good and the service.
Great Beach club! Great facility, great food and drinks. Easily accessible and scenic.
First time member. Food is good but expensive. Even though they automatically charge a 20%tip onto the total spent…. Their computers ask for an additional tip! They dont enforce the rules they post. Bands are pretty good. Also if you lose your membership card you should be able to obtain the balance on the old card….. we lost over 50.00 on lost card! Their inspections of items brought in is a joke😂 May or may not be a member next year. We definitely didnt attend 600.00 worth.
We spent 186.00 on 2 drinks 10.00 each
Bucket of beer 40.00, 1Bucket drink20.00, 3 beers 7.50 each. 2 cokes 1 iced tea and 1 other drink and a hamburger. I asked for printed receipt from server never got one!
