How is this chain even still in business? The food is consistently awful and it has no redeeming qualities. I noticed this location was closed down and the sign removed so I can only hope it is gone. Sadly though Maps says it is only temporarily closed. Let’s hope that becomes permanent soon and something better moves in.

I have been to many outlets of Baja Fresh, but this one is the worst. The staff, especially the lady who takes order is so rude as if we are having free food. The food taste as bad as the service. I would never go back to this location.

I really love this chain, but am disappointed in the changes. Chips are crispy but the sauces are now behind the counter.

Been coming here for quite some time but has been going down but still ok. However service- specially latin lady at register is awful and not worth it. Save yourself a bad experience and don't waste your money here.

We love Chipotle but Baja Fresh is also our favorite too. Their salad was delicious. The chip is amazing. The service at this location is good.

Placed order by phone to this local, arrived to another Baja Fresh by accident. Forgot to call this location to let them know of error. Owner (some Indian guy) of Baja Fresh calls me demanding why I didn’t pick up the food, that it cost him $30 dollars. Now he has lost even more because I will avoid this place in the future. Over twenty years customer visiting the only two spots in the area that are open. Horrible management
Not paying attention to what’s in the online order!!! Always missing items from the order! They need to to be mindful when they’re fulfilling an order. The person never apologizes for their mistakes. They need to be trained proper customer service.

I got the Baja bowl and several hours later was sick. I almost didn't eat it...the pork was mushy and the rest was not very good. Threw 3/4 quarters away. Glad I did not eat very much of it.
